Oh No doubt! That's his ticket with Cash to spare for wood!Yes, in his area.
Very nice package deal, looks like it is able to be demo'd, and sure seems like a solid good guy seller.
Great deal all considered.

Look for a used 220v cabinet saw (powermatic pm66, delta unisaw, grizzly g1021, etc.) any of those should be well under your budget and a huge upgrade from your bosch.
You will be amazed at what a 220v 2hp to 3hp induction motor will cut through.
You are in my area and I have been watching table saws for a while. $500 and less. I picked up a boice crane monomaster, which is like my bucket list saw, so i'm set. But I was eyeing up several unisaws, mostly in northern IL. I almost pulled the trigger on a 1966 unisaw, 3 phase, but I waited for this one to become available. Don't be afraid of 3-phase, a VFD will get you going and I prefer 3 phase when I find it. There is zero drawbacks, other than buying the unit, and the positives make it well worth it.

Shop Fox fence is pretty well a Biss. cloneI have this table saw. Assuming that fence is the shop fox version, you will love it. But that now. I think that saw was almost 1200 bucks 15 years ago. I really like that those out feed rollers. It has a 4” dust port. I clean the blade off with sap remover on occasion but it just keeps on eating. The wings will come off for transport, but if you’re going in a basement , it’s a heavy gal.

best o luck in your purchase. That is a sweet deal, but timing isn't right for me to act on it. I have a garage in the middle of a remodel and I'm also on a work project away from home for another week or so. I really appreciate the bird doggin' on my behalf!
