Some holders I made for small taps. 2 knurled aluminum holders and 2 knurled holders with depth stops. Bottom row in between the small drill chucks for my lathe.Possibly want to make yourself a nurled thumb wheel to drive these tiny taps with over using a tap wrench, even one as nice as those Starrett's.

Good video. I learned a few things I didn’t know about taps.Haas has a good video about taps. Although much of the info is related to use in a CNC, there's a lot of explanations on tap types.
