Rousseau weighs 884lbs, very nice. Right up there with Lista/Vidmar as to quality.
"I dislike the safety feature of not being able to open more than 1 drawer at a time."
That would drive me crazy. On a Vidmar I have I took out the mechanism that keep me from opening a couple drawers at a time or stopping me from opening a drawer if another was ajar.
As far as a safety measure, if I had kids I would either leave the mechanism in place or bolt the cabinets to a wall, as is I counter weight with steel plates as described below. I am single and have no issue remembering not to tip over the cabinets; admittedly with my first couple of Vidmars I nearly tipped over a couple times.
On my Vidmars I placed 1 full length divider in the middle to stiffen very heavy laden drawers.
For added safety, I have steel rectangles, 1" thick plates (2) which I place in the bottom of some of my cabinets, 80lbs of steel to help counter balance open drawer weight.
"Larger selection of rolling cabinets than Vidmar too!"
"I really wish they would have included three, 4-inch tall (3 inch internally) drawers instead of only two."
Those 4" height drawers are critical in a mechanic's cabinet, especially for a large set of sockets and deep sockets.
With Vidmar/Lista you can have a combinations of hundreds of different custom setups
