Hello all, i'm a fairly new member and just finished a big chunk of my garage and thought I would share it with you all. I'm located in sunny Arizona and own a 3 car garage. We have a large craigslist scene here in AZ and I got lucky and scored around 1,000 sq ft of used True Lock Plus Premium Rib Drain Garage Tiles from a local seller for $500. I had more than enough to do my 3 car garage and a portion along the side of my house. I also just had a new custom work bench installed to match the previous cabinets i had installed. THE color is espresso. My walls are painted a slight silver with a hint of blue tint called silver screen, it's used a lot for walls that are used for projectors without a screen. I have a 5.1 surround system wired up in the garage as well. The last few parts I need to finish my garage would be additional lighting (not sure which direction to go there yet) and also a new 32-40" tv and then I should be done. So far i'm very happy with the tiles. I need to give them a good cleaning since they were used and then they should look as good as new.

Enjoy!

Where did you get the flooring from?! How does it stand up to oil, brake cleaner, grease etc.? Looks awesome

Here is a link to the product. It's True Lock + Premium Rib Drain Garage Tile from a Garage Flooring LLC which is a vendor on this forum. Contact Justin for pricing and forum discounts.

I just changed the diff fluid in my Jeep today and got nasty smelly thick diff fluid on the tile and it wiped up just fine as if nothing was there. I just use a little spray on simple green and wipe it clean with a paper towel. It holds up to my jack stands and 3.5 ton floor jack as well. This is a solid product and should last forever. The nice thing is it's 3/4" thick vs 1/2" thick like most everyone out there and the tiles are 16x16 vs 12x12 so you dont need to buy as many tiles.

Indeed - specs on the floor would be interesting.

See posted link above for full specs regarding warranty, UV protection, what it's made out of etc.

Very nice, I like the minimalist and simplicity clean lines look of your garage layout.
Seeing all the space of the 3 car garages on here of late really makes me wish I had the space for a 3 car on my lot.

Thanks I like to keep it simple and everything out of sight. The cabinets are a nice piece and allow me to put everything behind closed doors.
