I found this site a month or so ago. All the work here is amazing. I have gathered so many great ideas, hopfull this report bares some of that out.
My garage is 32x62 and was built 11 years ago now. It is a two story with a 4' knee wall up stairs. Fully open.
The ground floor consists of 4 rooms. The largest room has been unfinished until now.
I started by installing 4' of plywood around the walls. Then I hired a Sheet rocker. I **** at rocking and they did it in 3 days. I can paint. The result is white and gray with black trim.
Time for some benches.
I had some left over flooring from our dining room.
Wall art.
I moved my model cabinet from the house to the garage.
I got an Eaton compressor last winter. I took this opportunity to tidy up the air system.
Regulator and moisture separator.
Oiler.
I have a few drop downs that my hose can hook to.
This pokes into one of the other rooms, I'll get to that another time.
I have a dust collector in the other room.
Tonight I tore the 'dirty room' apart for a much needed R&R. It contains a parts washer, sand blaster grinder and buffer. More on that later.
This mess took no time to create.
Looks like I need some paint... again.

She had no idea.
Very nice garage. When I first seen the first pic, I was looking at the carport and thought this was another build thread.
