They are generations ahead of the Ender 3. Mine just sits now because it doesn't print reliably.Just ordered one yesterday. My little Ender3 was good for what it was,
but it's enough trouble to use and not quite reliable enough that I don't use it as much as I could. Plus, being basically limited to PLA and PETG limited me in what I could do with it.
Hopefully I'll be able to make better use of this one.
The K1C took some time to adjust and get it working the way I wanted, but now it is very near Bambu quality.
Their K2 seems to be on par or better than the X1C, so time will tell if these improvements extend to the K1 series as well.
Raising the Bed temperature for PLA from 50C to 60C improved the first layers while Pressure advance and slicer settings improved the rest. Bambu has the best filament settings out of the box, but most printers can be adjusted to the same quality.
Pushing Plastic on Youtube has info on these settings in Creality Print.
The new 5.0 version is also an ORCA slicer base like Bambu studio.
