Hello. Not new here but haven't been active for a long time.
In November I moved to my new property in Illinois from Toledo Ohio. New Shop, New Thread. After unloading and a lot of head scratching, I have begun working on the space.
Shop is 24x34, Hip Roof with 8ft ceilings. Plotting for an expansion off the back end with carport.
After filling up with a few trailer loads from Toledo,
After a great deal of organizing and cramming as much as I could fit into the attached garage, I proceeded to undo every done thing and clear everything away from the walls. Ripped out all electrical, insulated all walls and prepped for plywood.
Recently ran new 100A sub panel, put up 3/4 ply around all walls, painted & trimmed. Finalizing window trim and then will run new electrical on exterior of walls. The goal is to keep every thing clean and modular. With potential expansions in the future I want to keep everything flexible. Trim is cleated all the way around the shop for storage and bins. A second run will be going in over the windows to hold cabinets.
More to come.
