Milwaukee is at a ton of online tool retailers. I do wish they were at Lowe's because I dislike Home Depot. Dewalt definitely seems to be at more physical retail stores which is a godsend if you're in a pickle and need something right then. Plus you can actually compare prices at physical retail locations instead of scouring the web.
I've never had any of the new '20 volt max' (18v IRL) stuff but my trusty 18volt sawzall with it's hard case is still one of my favorite tools and has got me out of many situations and never failed me.

As you can see we have quite a wide variety of DeWalt tools. I'm sure they're will be more purchased in the future. We also have boxes and boxes of DeWalt bits and drill bits. Figured those didn't need to be pictured. Part of the reason for our DeWalt addiction is the fact the up until recently DeWalt was essentially the only quality power tool brand offered at most stores near us.

What is better when getting a cordless impact friction or pin an anvil.

Depends on your needs
The friction anvil the sockets go on and off easier/faster but there is a higher chance of the socket coming off when you don't want it too.
The pin will hold the socket on until you want to remove it but requires a little bit more work to remove it.
If you do a lot of work up on a ladder where the socket falling off would be a big inconvenience then go with the pin. For just normal work where you are changing sockets frequently I would go with the friction.

I sold all my Ryobi toxic green 18V tools (impact, drill, recip saw, circ saw, multi-tool, jobsite radio, 2 lanterns, 3 batteries/charger) to a veteran I know who's starting a light remodeling biz. He's already a Ryobi guy and wanted more stuff.
And I just ordered a brand new DeWalt lithium DCF885 1/4" impact driver. So it will be my gateway drug into the DeWalt world.
Now I just need some batteries, a charger, recip saw, circ saw, multi-tool, jobsite radio, etc..

I just bought my first ever DeWalt tool -- a 1/4" cordless impact DCF885. I was in Ryobi but sold it all to go to something more durable. I like the fact that it's an American co. unlike Milwaukee.
Now I just need to buy batteries, charger, drill, recip/circ saws, multi-tool, lanterns, jobsite radio............etc..

I'll have to gather up all my dewalt and try to get it in a picture. I'm planing to add a table saw to my dewalt collection as a graduation gift to myself when I finish my apprenticeship in may.

I kinda went off the deep end since the start of the year...
Picked up nine 12v Max batteries on clearance at the PX for $72 last year and just had to charge them, so I borrowed a DCB101 charger from work. Spent a few months yearning for something to run them in, and kept passing up the impact/drill combo at Lowe's, despite a price drop to $149.
In January I gave in to the yellow side. Bought the Bluetooth speaker from Home Depot for $49 (I think, the price is $39 now, but Lowe's still sells them for $69). Paid full price ($29) for the USB hub and started eyeballing the discounted holiday sets at Home Depot. Finally paid $222 for the brushless DCD795/DCF886/DCL040 combo with Tough Box and two-2Ah batteries. Then I NEEDED a larger battery.
So, back to HD a week later for the dual port charger with 4Ah battery for $105. A week after that, got the 20v Max blower with 5Ah battery for $159. Last weekend I lucked out and found the cordless vacuum for $25 and a 20v Max grinder for $60. Then today I gave in and got the trimmer with another 5Ah battery (it's on the charger now).
This doesn't include the accessories I've picked up, such as the right angle Impact Ready attachment ($11.99 at Ace stores this month with Rewards card, $25 at Lowe's), 2-piece clamps with 16' tape measure, and drill bit set (clearance at Home Depot--$13 for the former and $10 for the latter).
So, over the span of a couple of months, I've spent roughly double what I invested in my Porter Cable collection (18v impact, drill, circular saw, reciprocating saw, oscillating tool, vacuum, inflator, five batteries; 12v Max impact, drill, and two batteries).
Still don't have a proper 12v Max tool, and I'm thinking of passing over yet another impact driver and drill. The reciprocating saw and screwdriver in that line look decent, though, and would supplement the 20v Max tools I have and plan to buy in the future. After all, I can't use but so many drills, and I have four impact drivers already (the two PCs, a Hitachi picked up for $40 last year, and the DeWalt brushless).
Anyway, sorry for not posting pictures. I'm at a military school right now and have most of the new acquisitions in the truck. When I get back I'll try to consolidate all the DeWalt tools I own (a number of Tough Case drive accessory sets, tape measures, Scrugun, 8v Max screwdriver, and a few others) and get a decent picture. In the meantime, I'll be keeping an eye out for more tools to add. The cordless miter saw is on my to-buy list, as is the jigsaw (I don't have a good one at the moment).

Have ya'll seen this? Dewalt now makes an adapter to use 20V batteries on the 18v tools. I just might have to order this!
I accidentally ordered a 12V DeWalt lithium battery off ebay. Meant to order a 20V. All my new DeWalt tools are 20V. If anyone wants it, you can have it for $10 shipped. It's an aftermarket (not genuine DeWalt) and is brand new, 1.5 amp). I paid $18 for it.
Or sell me a 12V DeWalt flashlight, lantern, or ???

Mmmm, fried chicken. Milwaukee has it easy; they can order their trucks in fire engine red, but I don't think you can order a full size truck in yellow. So DeWalt is having to pay to get their trucks painted DeWalt yellow.
I just checked and Ford doesn't offer yellow. Dodge Ram trucks come in yellow. I'd order Dodge Ram trucks if I were DeWalt. But who knows, perhaps Ford does custom colors for large customers who are ordering a bunch of trucks.
