Yeah, $19.99 from cpo seems to be the best price..

I just saw cpo has 15% off $75 or more for a few more days, so I ordered a set of arms and a DS250 2 drawer case. $83 shipped..

At this rate I'll need another cart, lol..

They are on clearance at some Home Depots for $18.03. I found 4 in the rafters still in the cardboard box. The other 6 I was able to price match.

I have been using the True Value coupon to buy the DeWalt 2 pack organizer for $15.

Just ordered the new Dewalt Impact wrench and a New Dewalt light DCL 043 spotlight, I currently only have the 2.0 Amp hour batteries, I just ordered the bare tools, next pay day I hope to get a new 5.0 AMp hour battery though. Can't wait to use the new 700 lbs. torque Impact.

Those new Dewalt tool chest sure look nice, haven't ever seen one in person. How is the paint finish holding up?
Are they sprayed or powder coated?

Like these because they're Dewalt, Yellow (something different), and I already have a lot of Dewalt products, not to mention they seem to be more in the working man's price range.

I have not had any problems, holding up well. Power coated I believe. And for all the hupla around the Milwaukee boxes, I am sure they are made by the same manufacture. Still looking for a couple more for that $67.03 price posted in Hot Deals. Lol

What I got rid of when I switched to red ........all 18v 2#drills, 4# 1/4 impacts ,sds,2 grinders ,laser,vacuum, jig/2#sawzalls ,2 circular saws,light,drywall gun ,shears,15g trim gun,mortiser,and a few more that I'm forgetting.
Milwaukee is better in everything ,but 1/4 impacts run slower, sawzall blades are vertical only,on my 2nd vacuum, 2nd hammer drill.
I use the m12 impact /sds,over the m18.
I still have yellow 36v sawzall /7 1/4 skilsaw (for cutting chain link pipe)grinder/and drill.

I ended up buying 2 five amp hour batteries from EBay for $129.99. Not a steal by any means but that was about the best price I could find.

i just got mines in the mail today. Black n decker aka Dewalt shipped it to me in the original box so the whole world could see. am surprised it didnt get stolen.

anyways first impressions it feels good. when i go into work monday i have it side by side the MAC 1/2 impact MATCO and Snap on versions.

but off the bat it doesnt have the wrist twisting action as my snap on impact has. so am not sure if the burst of power it states is going be true

my coworkers MAC gun the 4 screws that hold the nose on has backed off a couple times so quality isnt that great on these dewalt impacts i know

It's got a ton of power, I tried mine the other day working a friend's car and it had some pretty rusted bolts in the rear suspension doing some work changing out some bushings etc... and it zipped them right out no sweat where my older 20v max would just shake and do nothing, this one here broke them free like nothing no sweat, also zips off lug nuts like butter it hits maybe twice and it bam off they come, will take them off no sweat even on 2nd speed, very impressed

Heard that I will be watching them I am on disability with a back injury from work. So I will be checking them quite frequently for the next few weeks. One of them did call me and tell me they might be dropping the dewalt top box. He still has 3 tops and 2 bottoms. I will be taking them all when he calls.

According to the 1 manager at the HD that calls me when he is gonna clearence. Rigid and Millwaukee is what they are gonna be pushing. He says that new Millwaukee box is the hot thing. I watched the video on one seems nice but guess they are hard to get backlog on them.

I believe it since Ridgid in their brand and Milwaukee and Ridgid are owned by the same company and they are able to give great deal to Home Depot.

The Milwaukee box is interesting since some stores have them on clearance also. They are nice but I believe they are manufactured buy the same company that makes the DeWalt

Again they buy a lot of volume from TTI the company the owns Ridgid, Milwaulkee and Ryobi so those are the tools brands they will push.

I need to get a manager to call me when things go on clearance.

It took a little talking to get to that point but the asst. manager is a great guy. Not so much for the manager. And thanks for the info never knew that ryobi was in TTI fold.

unless things are different now - i belive Emerson actually owns Ridgid, but allows TTI to produce power tools FOR Ridgid under a licensing agreement. think i had read that in an article online somewhere, but im not 100% sure about it..

anyway - i asked a vendor at work to see if they could "aquire" a Milwaukee hammer drill / impact driver kit for the second truck im assigned at work a while ago. have all Milwaukee cordless tools on my 1st truck.. came back at the end of the day today to find a new compact, brushless Dewalt hammer drill / impact driver set instead.. actually worked out since ive been using my 12v max impact driver from home while working in that bucket truck anyway, so now they can share a charger..

I am not addicted to DeWalt tools but I do have a few of them. I just finish rescuing a DeWalt #384 circular saw (8-1/4") that my son found in the trunk of a car traded in at the dealership where he worked. If it was a cat it would have already used 11 of it's lives.

It had been well abused, judging by the way the shoe was bent like a potato chip it was probably dropped off of the second story a few times. The exterior was covered with gobs of sub floor adhesive and the inside was filled with stone dust. The motor housing had "junk" written on it in red marker. It looked at me with sad eyes so I decided to give it a chance to work again.

It did run and my son used it a few times but found it just too heavy for his liking. I took it completely apart, cleaned everything and blasted all of the aluminum parts with glass beads. All the bearings and electrical parts were good although I did have to spend about an hour using my shop press to straighten out the shoe base. She cleaned up very well, now all I need is a new blade.
