Started making the truck my own.
A couple weeks after buying the truck I had a FICM issue so off it went to the shop. It ended up with a new FICM, alligator performance EGR delete, SCT tuner, two batteries, new fuel filters and a set of Mastercraft AXTs. Now it runs like a champ!

Yesterday I swapped out the amber signal bulbs for switch backs. The white until you hit the blinker when they switch to amber. Nothing major but I think they look pretty sweet!

If you lived in PA we would be best friends haha. Very nice looking JK you got there but I also spotted that polished VR manifold on the wall. I'm a fellow VW and Jeep guy myself (even though they're at complete opposite ends of the spectrum)

Our group from Wisconsin trailered down. Thought long and hard about driving but the comfort of a crew cab pick up won.

Hell yeah man I was big into MKIIIs for a wile. My last baby was a 94 Wolfsburg Jetta VR6. one day I will get another German toy but for now I just play with the wife's 2012 Bug which is surprisingly aggressive in sport mode.
