Yes. Mine seems to be messy. Not yet sure where it has coming from. When I was using it, it was messy. I figured maybe oil residue from the use is seeping out from behind the covers rather than leaking from the reservoir.

I have the Greenworks 80V chainsaw. Same issue. I suspect it might be an issue inherent to chainsaws as my previous corded one also leaked.

I believe so too, just some don't less than others. With the Ryobi pole saw, you might as well have dumped the oil out and smeared it all over the motor section & pole. So either I ran it out, or emptied it.
I now have both the Milwaukee chainsaw & pole saw. The pole saw does a much better job keeping the oil contained. A little, but not much. The chainsaw leaks a little, but not as much as some. I still don't mind traveling with it, as it was the gas I had issue with, and that was more due to the smell.

That said, where the hell is a proper case for it. Something to store a container of oil, a field file kit, an extra battery. It doesn't need a spot for a charger, and if Milwaukee is still thinking of cramming one in, a 2nd battery spot makes more sense as this is for the woods. Making it Packout compatible wouldn't hurt. Along with making the hedge trimmer with a Packout base. I found myself using the hedge trimmer a ton to clear brush this last weekend, and it worked great!

With all that, I unfortunately have to send my saw in. The tensioning mechanism has an issue. Every revolution or so, it has a difficult spot to get past. After blowing it out with the compressor, hoping to maybe dislodge a piece of debri, and a little more use, it actually got worse :(. Hopefully I can still take care of the neighbors fallen tree. Company wanted $1400 for two tree tree removal. Figured I'll do it for $1000 :)

What's the recommended M12 tool for running a whizzy wheel?

I'm using it on a drill now which is a little awkward and a little down on RPM.

.

I used mine on both the regular Fuel M12 drill and the right angle m12 drill. I preferred the Fuel drill. I used it to remove a ton of decals off of my uncles work truck a couple months ago.

My #1 desire is an M12 surge impact.

I suppose some are only in the M12 line, but with how small M18 drivers have become, I'd be happy with a M18 Gen2. I have plenty of M12, but prefer the handles on M18 drivers... But would of course buy a M12 version.

M12 & M18 fuel oscillating tool
M18 rototiller attachment (Ryobi has one, so hopefully they release one this year)
M18 Fuel 18" fan (wouldn't mind a clip on M12 varient too)
Chainsaw case, packout compatible - this is a necessity, not a want or demand.
USB battery radios
Probably a 15ah battery. They already rolled out 8 HO & 3 HO compacts, so they saved the big news for NPS.

Ryobi has a fogger now, which intrigues me, but id be more interested in a red model.

Bought a Milwaukee circle cutter for making clean quick holes in drywall but it works horribly in an impact driver so I figured I might as well order a Milwaukee drill strictly for that so a M12 Fuel Hammer drill is on its way. 54 shipped for a 2404-20 isn't bad at all

I'd like to see Milwaukee make an electric lawn mower. My neighbor bought an electric mower recently and I was impressed with it. Cut his entire lawn on a single charge with plenty of battery power left over. My next mower will definitely be an electric. Hopefully Milwaukee makes one by then.

^^ I considered that idea but my parents got a 20+ year old gas mower with a Briggs & Stratton that's still running strong. When it dies it will get a Predator engine.

For the cost of these new cordless ones and with battery life being unknown, its not worth it for me.

Predictions for nps 19?

Cordless nailer that has good of reviews as the dewalt one, on here it's not regarded that great and couple people I've talked to recommended looking elsewhere. It won't happen but they could upgrade their current model.

Not a prediction but I would like to see the the M12 clutched screwdriver get "the stubby treatment".

I would also like to see the M12 polisher/grinder get the stubby treatment but more importantly I'd like to see it in brushless. I have somehow resisted temptation to buy into M12 but those two tools would push me over the edge.

Do you remember the date, I got a email with a countdown timer but deleted it

Its this week. I would't worry about when it is, you will see plenty of "influencers" posting & trying to live-stream all the new goodies.

Honestly, I rather just see a well done presentation by Milwaukee reps, than these fools trying to re-hash it all, and then not get all the details. It's not like the tools are available the day after.

People are hired for tv because they are easy to understand & pleasant to watch. Any Tom **** that's really hairy, can get on YouTube, yet hard to understand, and have yet to invest in a gimbal.

That &/or bring the Eurpoean 4-in-1 model here (Fuel of course). hex bit, offset, right angle, and drill head.

It’s easier to wait until that night or the next day for someone to organize all the info. It’s a waste of time to dig through hundreds of Instagram posts and see the same info over over with maybe one or two new little pieces of info.

Very hard these days to find a well established YouTube reviewer that won't call everything great for somebody. I can't stand the tools in action duo for that reason.. I like that dirt monkey guy simply cause he did a review with the 20v DeWalt lawn mower. Tools in action called it a good mower - dirt monkey guy labeled it the worst cordless lawnmower.

You have to watch the video - that stumpy tools in action guy was like - well the grass is a little tall.. they were cutting like an inch off it.. he absolutely refused to call anything DeWalt a bad tool.

I'd like a complete redo of all the nailers with tech like DeWalt and an M18 Framer and M12 Pinner.

Trim router and belt sander would be nice.

They're going to need a heavy tool/flexvolt system answer soon as well.

Maybe they undersized the weight capacity of the wheels and had to go back to the drawing board lol.... it better be at least 400lbs

and they cannot make the argument that they are having problems with the technology . . . . . .

I think a trim router is basically a lock - knowing them they'll have a full sized as well.

I swear I'll be happy with some damn sunglasses.

You KNOW more lights are coming.. I'm betting on an upgraded search light.

Seriously - a.small limber chainsaw (like 8 or 10") for alot less money would be a good idea for the home owners.

15.0 battery debut I bet as well.

HD price error in Canada had the M18 1/2” Mid-Torque Impact wrench with charger and battery for C$87 or roughly US$64. Steal of the century.....

Argh.

I was away all weekend and didn't bother checking GJ or RFD until I got home, and it was all over by then. Wish I had given it a look, had a HD near my hotel.

Yeah it’s a big problem these days. The ad revenue keeps shrinking so they aren’t making any money that way. The only real options are Patreon or accepting free tools and sponsor money. And I think AVE is the only one that’s really doing well with Patreon. And his reviews are really in a totally separate category anyway.

I wouldn’t complain if there was a new M12 vac that actually sucked up something.

My mower is going to die from a rusty deck but the Briggs & Stratton engine will still be going strong. I'm hoping for an M18 mower soon.

TIA is a f'en joke. Even for comedy I looked at the vid's every once in awhile....until I was done with the BS im-mature antics. There was a review of Dewalt safety glass'es if I recall. They had the video labeled as ~**** protector~. I stopped watching their **** after that.

I posted the same comments I think of TGD forum or GJ when this happened and someone must have taken pity and informed TID, as that title changed shortly..
