How's Milwaukee sell in Germany?
Seems like it'd be a losing battle for them to try to sell there, Germans are pretty patriotic and I'd assume there's some tariffs to make the locally made tools cheaper than importing from China.
It's not a F-150! Living so close to the Milwaukee headquarters I see the red F-150's all over the place!
You can blame the "Chicken Tax" for the Ranger not being sold here.
Lots of Milwaukee tools at Home Depot. Pretty soon there's going to be a Harbor Freight Tools Addiction Thread, haha.![]()
Their prices are similar or higher than Bosch and other common brands because they wan´t to be recognized as premium brand so i don´t think that they sell many tools. The brand name is also uncommon since Milwaukee tools were never officially sold over here before the takeover of TTI.How's Milwaukee sell in Germany?

I'm optimistic, but know that some of you might be disappointed that it's only available with paddle switch.
2780 is Fuel grinder with paddle switchSomeone posted a link to the standard sliding switch right in your comment section...
What's the "chicken tax"?
I've owned over a dozen Rangers and absolutely loved all of them. But after Ford built the 2011 F150 Super Crew 4x4 with the new 5.0, that gets better mileage than any of my Rangers ever did...
Just a question for you guys. I have started to collect some M12 fuel stuff. but i am noticing all the non fuel version going way down in price. For a hobbyist like myself is it necessary for me to buy the fuel version or would i be just fine with the non fuel version

The 2Ah batteries aren't big enough...
Seeing this may start the addiction in me as well and I may be joining you guys.

Yep. That qualifies as a keeper!A month or so ago, my lovely wife got me this as a birthday/anniversary gift. I think I'll keep her.
Bought an M18 Jigsaw for the deck build today. The tool only model didnt even come with a blade. Sheesh.
So I finally was cleaning up the garage and figured I'd get some pics to share. Be warned... I'm very sensitive to being accused of having an "addiction"...
I think it's illegal to post a pic like that and not offer more details![]()

Amazon has the 4Ah batteries available for $77.55, so I'm going to get one of those...
Question: Does anyone offer the 18volt 5.0 Ah Lithium Ion batteries for less than $129.99???
