Do any of you have an opinion on the M12 vs. M18 multi-tool?
I know the M18 advertises a tool-free blade change, is that the same for the M12?
Any notable power differences that would make you choose one over the other?
The paint markers - will there be a Fuel version?Look at some of the new stuff that's out, and coming soon

Kctyphoon, how do 2 of the snap on lights compare to the m18 light on the stand?
The paint markers - will there be a Fuel version?
Those are the FUEL version. The normal Inkzalls are using older sharpie technology. However, soon to confuse the market they're going to come out with a brushless version that looks exactly like the normal Inkzalls, but bleeds through two sheets of paper instead of one.
LOL... but what will be the benefit of Inkzall Fuel Gen 2 markers and do we have to wait until 2017 for them?
Checking the fill level with your cell phone. Well, you can but I can't. Of course there won't be a Windows Phone version of the OneInk+ app.![]()
Just scored all this stuff for free at my local Home Depot. I was walking through the tool dept and the manager was re-setting the shelves. He had two full carts of miscellaneous cordless tool tidbits so I asked him if it was clearance and he told me it was all free take whatever you want.
Scored 5 M12 chargers and a new M12 battery plus what you see here. Great start to the weekend!

OK well that might come sooner.. I just finished typing and got told I need to go out and set another pole got hit.. People need to learn how to drive.
Thanks for the info. I've got a couple new SO lights with 1 mounted on the CM stand and had contemplated either getting the m18 stand or adding a second SO to the stand using a 2-3' piece of flat bar to have both on the same stand. Trying to decide if the SO would be (about) just as good and it would save me money to buy other tools.
I'm hoping that Milwaukee M18 Flood Light deal with the battery comes back in stock at Home Depot before the deal is over. Finally decided I'm going to purchase it and it's out of stock once again.I like the Snap-On drop light for right in front of the garage where I already have electricity, but for grilling on the patio or gardening late at night in the summer I think that M18 is going to be really nice. I was also thinking if I have to go "rescue" somebody then that would be invaluable. I've done two serpentine belt replacements now in a dark parking lot in the last year on roommate's cars.
What is the deal?
Does anyone notice a difference in power while using their impact wrenches with a 2 Ah vs 5 Ah battery? I can't decide between the 2754-22 or 2754-22CT.
a lot bulkier than expected....ill do some comparison shots against my snap on 2000 lumen on monday
The 2754-20 3/8" compact impact I ordered arrived today. Sold my 2654-20 for the same price I bough it for, $129. Now I need to sell my boot for the 2654 and buy one for the 2764.
That would be greatly appreciated. I'm on the fence about getting one of these.
Where'd you sell the 2654? I've got a 2654 that's used, but has had a boot on it since new. If I could sell my 2654 for $130, I'd be kicking myself for not getting the 2754 during the HD $150 off promo.
Wonder what I can sell my first gen flood light for..? I really like how the new one can be aimed more precisely vs. just rolling around on its sides
