Thanks Suzuki,
The bare model is fine, 2441-20-Milwaukee M12 caulk gun. I also updated my original post.
Thanks again, Jim

Generally in that type of situation I'll stake out Zoro and wait for a code
https://www.zoro.com/milwaukee-cordless-caulk-gun-12v-10-oz-2441-20/i/G4933546/?q=2441-20

Their retail on most Milwaukee is often just a little higher than other places, but factor in, say, 25% off and it's good.

The obvious problem is their general threshold for the discounts, but sometimes they're low. I have 25% off $500 that expires today, so if you can come up with another $370 of stuff you need from Zoro PM me LOL

Hmm I just ordered the 2771 M18 water transfer pump from Zoro for $148 with the gadget4 20% off.

Not exactly sure what I'm gonna do with it but I like the idea of having a cordless water pump LOL - - and this is the best price I could find online, ebay or anywhere.

Got my hedge trimmer. With 9.0 battery! I can't believe nobody else has posted one yet.

And a boot for my 2763 impact. It's more rubbery and less plasticy than I expected.

Sweet! Did you let her rip yet? How is it?

I wonder if they're going to make a weed wacker. I'd like to replace my 40V B&D. The battery doesn't last long and it doesn't do a particularly great job. I also just noticed my girlfriend left it out leaned up against the deck all winter so... I imagine it's not in particularly great shape now.

They already make a string trimmer.

Yes Mike, please let us know how the hedge trimmer does.

I purchased the weed trimmer last week and used it for the first time yesterday. Very surprised how well it did. Obviously it didn't feel like my 2-cycle power-wise but it trimmed all the grass I asked it to for 15-20 minutes and only used 1 bar of the 9ah battery.

Well, as you can see in the pictures, not much has started to grow here. But I did charge up the battery and take a whack at the hedge. Compared to my corded electric that is 20+ years old and died last fall, well there's no comparison. This cut everything as fast as I moved it, with the exception of a "Y" that hit just right and didn't go into the blades where is could get cut. I think 50% of my hedge trimming job time will now be picking up the cuttings. Pic below, the diameter of the cut in the red oval is about the size of a penny. Maybe the hedge will get tougher as it starts to grow.

So I wouldn't go tossing away those high torque impacts in favor of the mid torque just yet.. finally started messing around with my truck, and used the mid torque to remove the 2 rear wheels on one side on my old dually.. took em off no problem.. went around to the other side, which probably haven't been off in about 7 years, and it struggled with that side - to the point I didn't wanna leave it sitting there hammering for 10 seconds on each of the 8 lugs.. I just swapped over to the big impact and it ripped em right off... so if anyone is thinking the mid torque is gonna replace the big boy - it's not.. still seems like a great impact for the first time I got to use it..

I'll post another pic of the Neiko twins for you guys.. I swear I love these lights..

Thanks for that KC. Since the new mid-torque came out I keep thinking maybe I should sell my 2763 and go with the new guy on the block. The 2763 is obviously more than I really need for home use. I mean I've taken it to work just to put it through some rigorous trials. It successfully removed lug nuts off a diesel pusher motorhone. Hammered only a few seconds each to remove lugs torqued to over 500 ft. lbs.

At least I know now that its not like the mid torque would do anything I asked of it. Actually I guess all this really confirms is that I need both....

This is good to know. Though I haven't made it home yet from overseas to verify, I bought the 2763 HTIW specifically for my motorhome lig nutd and for bigger lag bolts. I also bought the 2754 to hopefully cover my Rubicon, Mercedes, and two light HF trailers. Part of me sorta kinda hopes I'll find it lacking for the Jeep and I'll "need" the mid-torque. I'll be home in two weeks to find out.

Good to know, thanks KC. I've warmed back up to my 2755B, so the mid torque is going to wait a bit.

Cordless lights are the best, especially good ones [emoji106]

That is my thinking as well. I like the mid torque for brake caliper bolts, etc where the big momma won't fit. But for truck lug nuts, axle nuts, etc I think you still need the high torque or a real air impact.

Wow reading all the prior responses so far you certainly deflated some interest in new the mid torque

But I totally agree if its not coming off within 10 secs, I also would reassess the situation and not just keep pounding away at it.

What size are the lug nuts on your dually anyhow :headscrat

A little progress on the M18 to Ryobi one+ adapter (file is on thingiverse if you want to make one)

been beating on it the last few days trying to break it. the tabs that hold it into the tool are a little on the weak side--but thats because i was cheap with the resolution of the printer haha. next version will be full resolution and i'll take some more time fitting the contacts.

but its working great so far running the one+ blower and the air nailer!

Has anyone else heard of an upcoming change or upgrade to the Milwaukee High Torque Impact 2763 ? The only thing I can see to make it better would be giving it 3 modes like the Mid torque.

I keep wondering this too. More modes might be good. And less weight or slightly smaller. I know they don't want to trample on the new mid-torque, but even 10% smaller and 15% lighter would be a huge improvement

Wow normally I hate YT because people talk for 10 minutes before SHOWING anything technical. This is the first video ever (literally) I wished was longer LOL

Hands down one of the best tools I've invested in. I cannot believe how handy it has been I find a use for it on almost every project I tackle.

FYI---I've bought Milwaukee tools for a long time. I was just a little upset about this charger though. I thought would charge all my batteries at the same time but it charges just one at the time. [emoji17] I guess I should have read the full description....

Between work and home I have 3 of those.. they are great instead of having to try and keep up with charging batteries.. weather it's not good to leave the batteries on the charger, I doubt it matters - the one I got for work LIVES with 6 5.0 batteries on there at all times - just like the Motorola radios live in their chargers.. as far as I'm concerned, if the charger is monitoring the packs, and knows enough to kill the current and move onto the next pack - it should be fine, but I'm no expert...
