Ok thks for that linkup Hendricks433
As usual none of these tool reviews ever seem to publish torque numbers anymore. And last time I really ever remembering seeing any online was back for my 2655B and the 2655/54 models
Though most often the mode "torque numbers" were always found on the actual packaging box the tool came in. I have those numbers for all my Fuel impact wenches and drivers both 18v and 12v FUEL
Does Milwaukee still do this?
Now the Milwaukee operators manual gives these numbers for the two Mid Torque models
RPM Cat. No. .....................................................2861-20
Anvil Type ...................................1/2" Square-Ring Mode 1
No Load RPM .........................................0 - 510
Impacts per Minute .......................................420
Mode 2
No Load RPM .......................................0 - 2100
Impacts per Minute .....................................2700
Mode 3
No Load RPM .......................................0 - 2400
Impacts per Minute .....................................3000
Cat. No. .....................................................2860-20
Anvil Type .....................................1/2" Square-Pin Mode 1
No Load RPM .......................................0 - 1700
Impacts per Minute .....................................2300 Mode 2
No Load RPM .......................................0 - 2100
Impacts per Minute .....................................2700 Mode 3
No Load RPM .......................................0 - 2400
Impacts per Minute .....................................3000
510rpm is a bit slow (even the ring anvil compacts do 900 rpm I think) but is still 5x faster than the 100rpm mode 1 on the original High Torque.
Now THAT is really dang slow
And people always complained about it
Edit: as pointed out in a following post the Mode 1 RPM of a 2763 is actually 425 RPM not 100rpm as I had originally written but still less than the mid torque mode 1
The max.torque rating of mode I is spec'd at 100 ft lbs
