And I got a great project for one of you guys with 3D printers.. stop making these milwaukee to Ryobi, or Milwaukee to Ridgid battery platform converters...

What you NEED to make - is a M18 to M12 battery adapter.. lemme throw a nice m18 pack on my m12 stick lights, or lantern, or m12 drill and impact driver... or m12 rotary tool.. or your underhood light !!

Someone get on this - I want one and I don't even use my regular printer, I'm not buying a 3D printer.. I have a new cell phone I haven't even activated since I got it for Christmas, I'll be 80 by the time I ever got around to 3D printing.

Here's a hint - merge the m18 power source, and get the upper half of an m12 4.0 mounted and wired on top of it.. but it's gotta look nice..

Here, make this, but not ******.. actually, it looks like you don't even need the m18 powersource. The bottom of the m12 4.0 pack looks like you'd be able to MAKE the m12 shell lock into the m18 battery with some small redesign..

Newest pickups. M12 was a whole kit with 4.0 and free 2.0. Luckily found the 9.0 promo kit on clearance at 217.

I still really want to buy 1 or 2 M18 to Ryobi adapters when you're ready. I already bought the green fan and glue gun.

Right angle m12 just showed up... honestly, it's a lot heavier then I thought it would be.. no complaints about that - just kinda took be by surprise how heavy it actually is.

I can't believe there isn't a RA Fuel that's balls to the wall superior fill the gap between the brushed M18 2 speed 3/8 and the cordless Hole Hawgs

I can't believe there is a more powerful RA impact like the IR hammerhead.


Did anyone else know you can buy 37 or 39" long Bosch sds plus bits? I just bought a 3/8" and 3/4".. a lot cheaper than I excepted, the 3/8 was only $19... go figure.

I've enjoyed my rotary tool as it generally works well, uses M12 batteries, and you can still use dremel accessories.

However, I think I mine might be toast (I haven't used it that much... Just a few small projects... Sanding wood, trimming some metal with a cutting disc, and little bit of grinding to clean up sharp edges.). When I set the rpm dial, I can hear the rpm of the tool going up and down on its own (with no pressure on the bit). Has anyone else had this issue? Might be time for a warranty claim.

I am with you on this. I was searching for a battery powered right angle drill with a 1/2" chuck and had to go with a Bosch. It works great but it would have been nice to have been able to keep it in the family. Now I have one more battery system to charge...although, the Bosch has been charged once since new. That includes drilling out a cylinder header for time serts and the cleaning of numerous surfaces with a 3M disc.

Some cool stuff. Different jigsaw, m18 magnetic drill, m18 planer, the m12 with interchangeable chucks, etc. I’m jealous they get the black and red cases. So much cooler than red and white. Speaking of cases I wish the case I got with my tools wasn’t molded. I don’t use it for the drill and impact and would love to repurpose it.

I got a m12 ratchet here a while back, I love it. Sure saves a lot of time when you are disassembling something.. I'm thinking about the m12 3/8th impact next, and a higher amp battery for the impact, I just wonder if the impact will do for tire rotations?

It WILL remove clean and properly torqued wheel lugs upwards towards 100ft lbs. with some slight effort but consistency may vary. I have done trailer wheels easily enough with mine others have posted on GJ here that they have not had success removing the lugs within that range on certain factory installed wheels.

Tool of choice for general tire rotations?...No

Occasional jobs...depends on a myriad of factors :D

Much better off with an M18 impact wrench and even the compacts sometimes don't cut it either. Especially on trucks

Probably stick with my corded impact then, I going to start rotating tires myself on my Sonoma twice a year..

Nothing wrong with corded guns if your near electric

I been hawking these corded impacts under my tool tent. And I have been pretty impressed with the performance. They work as good or maybe even a better than the compacts cordless units rated at 220 ftlbs. I have both 2655B and newer 2754. And much better than a big ol' old rocker switched electric unit similar to what HF sells. I had bought years ago

I'd like to report that the various Milwaukee M18 lights I own worked out well to get the family through a power outage last night that came as part of the storm/tornado warning that came through our part of Kentucky last night. The stick latern was especially useful in providing light and the USB port to charge my phone that would have gone dead otherwise since the power was out for about 4 hours.

I have M18 fans in my 3 daughter’s bedrooms that they use to help sleep at night (we live on a busy road) and they work perfect on battery power when we loose power from time to time!

Depends on the store and region, but I believe our closest store has the same price. I know the 4-bay charger is $56, saw it today. And the M18 Fuel SDS rotary hammer is down to $225.
