Well this seems to be the inclusive list for Milwaukee products that currently won't work with the 12.0
**Due to the physical size increase of the M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ HD12.0, it does not fit the following tools prior to a 6/1/2018 manufacturing date without applicable service parts: 2787-20, 2788-20, 2771-20, 2122-20, 2130-20, 2135-20, 2361-20, 2145-20, 2146-20, 2360-20. Milwaukee is committed to protecting users’ investments, offering free service upgrades for the listed products to any customer that purchases an HD12.0 battery pack. Users may visit eService at https://www.milwaukeetool.com/eService for available service upgrades.
So if you buy a 12.0 they will upgrade your product somehow

I just drove a couple hours to get the last Milwaukee 52" 11 drawer mobile work station. shipping wasn't available and most stores in coastal Virginia were sold out. I think there's a new tariff on 20 gauge or thinner imported toolboxes, as best that i understand it. I don't really understand, but tats what i was told.Did Milwaukee discontinue their large tool boxes? It seems my local Home Depot is dumping their remaining stock (and they are all the first gen 46" combo not the heavier duty combo released last year)? The store must have a half dozen or so sitting on the floor, although not at a discount.
Shipped Wednesday, was coming in today, as I was pulling into the neighbourhood I saw the mail lady's van, pulled up to my house and saw the notice on the door to pickup at the local post office, hopped back in my car and tracked her down to get this:

^^ I purchased from Elite Tools website on May 1. The website showed it was in stock. Got an email the same day saying we will ship your order as soon as this item arrives. Basically they played a trick, I could have got upset about it but life is too short.
interesting. certainly the tower lights (2130 and 2135) are likely just replacement bottoms. i wonder if you have to send the whole thing in or if they will be willing to just mail you out replacement bottoms for you to put on yourself.

I was under the impression you had to purchase the 2361 flood light handle modification dunno![]()
Lol look at the seller... dont you find it a bit odd that this one seller has multiples for sale for a third the price of the next cheapest? You aren't going to find that drill for less than $90 period. I think I paid $99, and it's worth every penny. It's a steal at $99. Compared to retail pricing. It's the most powerful cordless drill on the market, no one would sell it for $30.Hello. I currently have a 1/4 drive impact gun model 2650-20 and am looking for it's counter part. These have the lith ion batteries, and lights up when you pull trigger. Is the following either A) it's partner in crime and B) a good deal? This seller has multiple listed do not know why he did not just do 1 listing with multiples available.

Also if this is not the partner to the one I own, can someone point me in the right direction to the partner model # and where I can get it cheap? Thanks in advance
He is PLC268. I use my adapters a lot too. Glue gun, Ryobi nail guns, and got to use the Ryobi air mattress inflator when we went camping/shooting. I had M18 batteries for the big rover lights, perfect everything.
What's the consensus on the best Hackzall? I dont want to buy one that's too wimpy, so I think that rules out the reg m12. I've been deciding between the m12 fuel and m18 fuel. Maybe the M18 non fuel would be a good option too. Idk. What do you guys think?

Haha obviously. I guess I just need to decide if I want the m12 fuel or m18 fuel. Is the m18 fuel huge? Is it too big to the point where I might as well just be using my full size?Best is relative to what you intend to do with it...I have the little one for years and I works just fine I cut out framing nails and screws cut plastic pipe bolts and small rod anything a hacksaw would do. I really really like it as an impromptu jigsaw on my construction jobs often holding it vertical with the shoe plate on work surface to make notches and such.
Dollar wise if you stay with the M18 series its pretty much a no brainer to me to get the new Fuel as the bare tool is really not that much more than the brushed model especially if you apply discount with it
The guys from OZ ranked them in order by performance and obviously the M12 Fuel is larger and more powerful than the original M12 (it is very compact). But the M18 brushed outperforms the M12 Fuel and the new one M18 Fuel is the best yet
Obviously there is always someone that's want to limb out a 90 foot pine tree with one and will tell you they ****...of course everyone knows THAT'S a job for a real SAWZALL [emoji38]_hitti

Yeah that's another reason I'm torn, I'm either getting the m12 kit from HD or the M18 bare tool. I might go to HD tonight and hold them both in hand to decideI'll also say that the M12 Fuel seems to be very good middle ground and use the lighter m12 batteries. The HD deal with 6.0XC is pretty tempting

I have the M18 non Fuel Hackzall and it's done everything I've ever asked of it with ease. I was eventually going to buy the M18 Fuel just to upgrade but this M12 Fuel deal has been tempting me. Mainly because I don't have any 4.0 or 6.0 M12 batteries.

I have both M12 and M18 tools - not both the Hackzalls, sorry.
The M12 stuff is amazing because of it's size and weight.
There are pages and pages of guys jonesing for the 9.0 and 12.0: "OMG, I can attach a car battery to my M18 drill! How cool is that?!"
Throw the M12 driver and drill in a small bag and head over to MIL's to hang a shelf. I don't need enough power to run a small city for that.

I am slowly becoming a Milwaukee addict!
But I have a question for the guys that have experience with the M18 Fuel 7-1/4 saw.
I may pick up a reconditioned one from CPO. I only need it for a few projects this summer. Ill be repairing our front deck and adding a walk way between our two rear decks. Other than that just occasional cuts with it for very small projects.
I have 2 questions:
1. How are the reconditioned ones from CPO?
2. I have a few of the 4.0 batteries, will they do all right in the saw?I don't want to
spend the extra money for the saw with battery kit of I can get by with the 4.0's.
Thanks in advance for the help guys
