Also in the holiday section is a rapid charger and 5.0 for $99 which ain't bad. Funny the sign has a regular charger in the picture.
Where’d you see that? Went by HD in Nashville to pick one up and they’re up to $139.

Home Depot really took the holiday spirit away, without being able to crush their $50/$100/$150 off sale anymore.
Which M18 Fuel impact driver should I get?

Also, might be in the market for a new impact wrench, and would love suggestions on that also.

Returned the 2112 light for a refund... both hatteries showed error... and the magnets dont work.
I had the RedLithium USB headlamp just NOT work - totally DOA, no lights, no response to switch or charger, THEN it was fine....THEN it wasn't, back to DOA
I returned and bought another which has been great
Some weird stuff going on w the USB products it seems....

After a couple of hours, charging color is still red. I think these batteries are defective. I disconnected and have it currently connected to a laptop and after 20 mins of charging, color still doesn't change. What gives? Time to return to Home Depot
What a shame. Product was Brand New, how could this be? Never expected this from Milwaukee
They do take a while to charge. A laptop will be a very low amperage compared to a phone charger.
Well, I had it connected originally to a wall charger (wall outlet) as well as a higher amperage multi USB Hub, its been over two hours, the colors should have changed by now from red-> orange -> green![]()
I hope you bought the promo pack with the extra battery and free charger.
As in?
Current model 2853, older model 2753, One Key version...2857, 2757
Or maybe 2760 Surge
Kit form, CT or XC or just bare tool
Whoaa...
3/4" 1/2" 3/8" 1/4"
M18 High Torque, Mid Torque, Compact, M12 Gen 1 or Stubby?
Maybe we can narrow this down some![]()
Yes it was the $59.97 special
Hope you didn't buy the one i returned....
I may just return it because of price. There are better options out there, I'm sure My confusion was BOTH batteries were blinking error... you would think one maybe... plus two chargers... the actual light and separate charger... same result... not to be a downer but there is little chance i would buy a milwaukee anything with those lipstick batteries now.

WinLinMac, Nope... not an overheating situation or lost contact... it was "battery error" single flashing as per the instructions... says battery needs to be replaced. HOWEVER the battery at the time had a charge and functioned... the light worked.
I drained one of the two bad batteries by leaving the light on all night... didn't get a time on how long it lasted but... I got the same error when I attempted to charge the drained battery... vs … the undrained battery when attempting to charge them BOTH via the stand alone charger and the light.
YES I love that charging cable...
dont i recall you mentioning that you were not using the included milwaukee cable to charge the batteries?
if so, maybe switching over would help. i understand it shouldnt, but were i tech support, and you called, that is the first thing i would have you try.
Here's an update, I left it charging overnight, went from red to orange, now waiting for it to go from orange to green. Charging is incredibly slow. Is this how long it takes to initially charge? I doubt it. May be it was too cold? I'm going to do further analysis. Hopefully there wasn't anything wrong with it to begin with. Must have used wrong charging port and / or incompatible charger.

M18 for both. Haven’t upgraded in a couple years. I know they have a few new models out. Probably 1/2” for impact wrench.

Ok so i just picked up another usb rover, the promo kit, (last one in the store actually - those went ******* quick) that I’m giving to someone at work. I’m also trying to get a couple of the older 2360 dual powered flood lights. Those are the small ones , not the tower, thats about the size of a halogen light head. 3000 lumen, dual powered, you dont need to spend 5 minutes figureing out how to point the thing where you want it.. i figure its twice as bright as that m18 rover i just got. You’d think this model woulda been upgraded by now, but so be it... also - they are only $110 shipped on amazon, so $40 cheaper than Home Depot. I’m actually surprised these aren’t more popular on here. I had one once before, so i already know they are decent. To be honest, with all the new lights that have come out, i completely forgot about this guy. So instead of looking at expensive golights and some of these other $500-$700 commercial models - this will do. The reality is anything i get isn’t gonna be super bright when its pointed up into the sky with barely anything to reflect the light. Plus - at least with these, if somebody runs one over, i dont look like an idiot giving expensive lights to stupid people.

Maybe ? Running change. Case in point. The original floody. That got bumped to 1300 lumens. No press release, etc. Just a running change
Would I be kicked out of the club if I put my M18 OK table saw on a Dewalt stand? Have the DWS7491RS saw, gonna sell it, was thinking should I keep the stand for my new M18 table saw, if it was compatible....
You would need 5 votes from people with more M18/12 items than me to kick me out, so I am not too worried LOL

If so, they need to kick us both out, I've had my M18 miter saw on my DeWalt stand for months now....

For some reason I thought they did upgrade the 2360-20 at one point from 2500 to 3000 lumens, but I can't find any evidence to back this up. They are a great light none the less for the size. I sold my original a couple years back to a buddy, but just bought another couple after realizing I don't need the Rocket Light for the tower part, just the light. No reason carry a rocket launcher, when the other will suffice (and fit in a packout or bag)
