Still shows on the Milwaukee web site, I found a few available online from different merchants available to purchase.

Sadly, I need one immediately. It doesn’t seem anyone has one locally. I would prefer to get the Milwaukee, but it looks like I’ll end up with the DeWalt version. I’m sure it will be fine, but it is not red.

I have some Milwaukee insulated screwdrivers and I've used them enough to like them. That is to say, they've worked correctly and haven't hurt me, pissed me off, or broken. I particularly like the Milwaukee ECX bits and screwdriver for electrical work. I don't know if any other manufacturer makes something quite the same.

I don't have any of Milwaukee sockets, but having looked at them, they seem decent enough.

The "problem" I have with stuff like Milwaukee screwdrivers and sockets is that very likely superior items can be had for, in most cases, less money.

That being said, I suspect you can't go wrong with them if they're what you want.

Gotta be honest, my Milwaukee screwdrivers at work get abused and they have all held up great.. for the money, you can't go wrong - esp for something you can walk into hd and buy off the shelf.

You're referring to the Manual stapler I assume.. I hate to say it, but the dewalt version does more types of staples anyway. That's what I wound up with.

Big fail on Milwaukee's part for not making the M12 capable of the round head staples. No cordless version exists, but Dewalt's manual version does both types.

I bought the set of Milwaukee insulated screwdrivers for 29.99 on sale and was amazed at the quality for 30 bucks. They work just as good as my insulate Wera, Klein etc. I think their normal list price is ridiculous though and they definitely aren't worth that.

Not Milwaukee, but if anyone is into shotguns for the holidays - you can get the Remington Tac 14 for $269.. with discounts - you can build your own 12 gauge Remington SB Tac 14 (that's with the pistol grip and "arm brace") for $390.. that's a great deal.. ask me how I know :).
That's a pretty mean short barrel shotgun... I mean - "firearm"
There's even a rebate through Remington to get a free bag.
It's gonna be a gift, and of course I had no choice but to buy a bunch of accessories too.

We now return to your normal programming....

Considering their other stupid laws, I’m surprised those are legal in Jersey. I have the Mossberg version. Find some of the Aguila mini shells to feed it.

I already have the shockwave, and a 500 spx.. the remington can't really use the mini shells from what I've watched. They won't feed right /reliably on the tac 14 and there's no adapter available for that. I have the mini shell adapter for the mossberg shockwave.

I'm seriously considering that UTAS Semi auto 12 gauge based on the AR platform.. lol. We'll see. Or the Mossberg 930 SPX.. I dunno - I like mossbergs for some reason.

Although - lol - with this ARM BRACE business, an AR pistol sounds good too..

Gimme 2 weeks, my mind will be on something else completely, probably Milwaukee again.

Big day coming on Dec 3rd for me.. that may influence things..

Why would it get shut down? This is a discussion forum. We're all friends here. This isn't the hot deals forum where you're not suppose to talk.

If we paint it red and put a Milwaukee sticker on the side... that's what I'm talking about.

FWIW:
In the past 4 days... just DIY'ing around the house... I used.

1. 3" Mini Cutoff M12 - to cut up a few lawn chairs
2. M12 Fuel Hackzall - to cut up a recliner frame to grab the angle irons...
3. M12 Fuel Screw Driver - to assemble a wedge table and modify it with USB and power
4. M12 Right Angle impact - to remove seat and back pads in two "this end up" Chairs
5. M12 Multi Tool - to remove the plastic brace on a Hillman parts cabinet drawer(s)
6. M12 T50 Stapler - to recover the two chairs I took apart above... with denim.

I did a bunch more... but all of those came to mind. I had a very M12 weekend.

Does anyone other then Milwaukee make bandsaw blades for the M12 2429 bandsaw? Just curious, the OE blades are not expensive, they only have 18tpi available where as they have a variety on tpi counts in their other size blades.

About painting it red slapping a sticker on something........

For electrical, I have the Milwaukee insulated three driver set and added a #1 and a #2 sq. I like them a lot. Even though I hate ECX and combo screws and the drivers they need, I wish Milwaukee offered a combo tip driver too.

So I have been pretty slack in new in buying new Milwaukee stuff for most of 2018 and cant even quite remember just what was my last purchase? Thinking it was either the M12 Inflator or the FUEL Mid Torque impact wrench I guess. In fact being as busy I was most of the season I was barely keeping up with the new releases especially all the USB rechargeable stuff. So I had myself a little buying binge leading up to and thru the current Veterans Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales :D

just a quick recap

The new Packout cooler  was only $34.99 with $49 min free shipping which I easily met with incidentals...Tool Barn is better than 25% cheaper than other places online for that...

https://www.toolbarn.com/milwaukee-...rm=&utm_campaign=Shopping(BSC)&utm_medium=cpc

Maybe someday I will consider a packout :wtf:
(Boy the **** at Milwaukee Tool Nation about them hey :spit: )

The 2621 cordless recip saw with free 4.0 battery and free shipping was just $99 @ACME Tool. I have had a corded Makita for years I generally hate it and will be glad to sell it at the flea market I'm thinking

Today I went for the 2522-20 with the 18% off

Think it's a pretty cool tool, a decent deal and something I believe can often use. seems more versatile than the multi tool for me which is something I don't have, but have thought about. When you do need one you need one, though really I can count the times I have actually needed one on a couple of fingers I guess. I'm sure once you have one you can find plenty of things to use it on.
Like having a hammer...everything looks like a nail after a while. :lol_hitti

Cripes looking at the price of Milwaukee replacement disc online the 3 they give you with the tool amounts to healthy part of the package price I see. :D Doesn't seem to be a Steelhead blade for it though but does anyone else know? I have a bunch off reg. 3" metal cutting disc already for an old air cut off tool another thing I most never use mostly because of a lack of a good air supply these days. I just have a pancake compressor for my nail guns.

So while checking out the reviews on the cutoff tool online this morning I came across this winner :D

Now question anyone know if the ACME offer can be used more than once today? The promo is only good for one item discount per order I see. I am contemplating the USB Rover pivoting floodlight. It's expensive for as small a light as it is and wow is it small ;)though I think though the 18% off makes it bit more acceptable to me. Maybe I will wait to see what other offers might come down the line yet. :dunno:

USB Rover review...
.

Maybe get me one of those new Chubby impact wrenches down the road yet..oh gawd I have enough impact wrenches now!

Thats not the packout cooler, its the non-packout version. Same one that was offered last year as a bonus on the wacker+2nd 9.0 kit and one the brushless kit was offered in this summer.

Keep seeing more and more price increases, first was stubbies, then ratchets, perhaps the 12.0 kits will go back up after coming back down. 2767 is like $250 now, 2863 $300. Good thing I have pretty much everything.

I would of been all over the packout one lol, pissed I have the old model, though have not used it actually might still have the tag on it.

I did grab the packout tech bag and backpack on 18%s. Just need them to release that damn packout rolling dolly platform.

Yeah stay away from packout as long as you can, its addicting, think retail of all my packout is over $3k now

Ok me bad

Thanks for the clarification Dacan

Just the JobSite Cooler then!

Mid Torques are now $200 bare tool

What were they before the jump? I've been eyeing them to pair with a 3/8 stubby.

Speaking of, if a guy has the 2767 High torque and gets a 3/8 stubby and has a full set of sockets in both sizes, which size mid torque should he get? Mainly to be used for DIY automotive stuff.

It's only bare tool...one time Kits went for $249

I have say AGAIN I have the 16 ga. angle nailer and it works fine. Ya if u play around bouncing a piece of wood on table or floor it bounces and more often than not won't set right, but push it against something solid like framing and it sets just fine most all the time, knots or hitting other nails withstanding. I was using 2 1/2" galvi fasteners and its one solid connection,

You might bust the sheetrock trying to pull one back out if your not careful! :lol_hitti

This. The nailers in 15 and 16ga work great. It's the 18ga that most have complaints with....I personally haven't used the 18ga

after extensive research, during which lives were lost (well, an intern, so not that big a deal) and irrevocably changed (again, interns, so, eh?), massive amounts of money spent, and copious amounts of time invested, i have determined that these bins:

PACKOUT™ 5 Bin Kit for Organizer 31-01-0501

are the same used in all of these cases:

PACKOUT™ Compact Organizer 48-22-8435

PACKOUT™ Organizer 48-22-8430

and, this non PACKOUT organizer:

Jobsite Organizer 48-22-8030

[also at home depot for 20$]

10-Compartment Red Deep Pro Small Parts Organizer

this PSA brought to you by Precision Guesswork ("If we knew what we were doing, we wouldn't call it research.").

What can you guys tell me about the little "DustBuster style" vacs 0850-20 and 0882-20?

I know the M18 is surely much better, but to this point I have eight or ten M12 tools and have not adopted M18s at all, yet.
Is the little M12 vac good enough or does it **** in a bad way?
Is the M18 version *so good* that I should consider the platform?
(I'm only interested in a one-hand-operated vac, not backpacks, canisters or shop vacs, etc)

Should I just be sensible and go buy a DustBuster down at Wally World?

Couldn’t get the Acme discount with the free battery offers. But went a little nuts anyway. With free battery offers.

Went ahead and ordered a bunch of m12 tools. I got the 3/8 ratchet, 1/4” hex tool, 3/8” stubby impact, the hackzall, the multi tool and the sun compact band saw.

Was time for an upgrade to my around the house cordless stuff!

Hope I don’t regret going M12 over M18.

Better than a dustbuster IMO. I have gotten used to mine in the beginning I hated it. :headscrat I had bought it to clean up my job worksite and saw tables and although it picked up sawdust great it did fill up quick and would clog with large wood chips :(

But I still have it and use it. Learned its limits and just need to clean it out often. Works best with a 4.0 battery from my experiences (biggest I have) maybe a 6.0 will even be better...still it don't pick up small pieces of gravel :spit:

I want a FUEL version! :lol_hitti

So can ANYONE give an opinion on how the light output of the 2112 USB Rover stick light 455L compares to either the M12 stick 225L or the M18 stick @ 300L/140 Lux.

Especially ...does it like cover the same amount of area?

I have both of sticklights for years and have been happy with them. Especially the M12 since I put a HF magnet on it :D They both do what I need.

Thanks, but they are sold out. Any other suggestions?

Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

I just got one on ebay with their 10% coupon for $138.59 but it expires soon not to mention they are selling fast (I had one in my cart from a different seller and it sold in a matter of minutes since I put it in my cart) since Milwaukee just raised the prices on them so you better hurry!
