The hard plastic extension wands that come with many small shop vacs work pretty good for adapting end nozzles to the cordless wet/dry vac hose, (Milwaukee didn't make it easy to interchange)
I used a wand piece from a small handheld Craftsman vac that I had killed with sheetrock dust. They wand pieces are tapered on both ends so the small dia. fits your attachment and the flex hose goes nicely into the wider end, and by shortening the large dia. end just a bit makes a real snug fit on the Milwaukee hose too.
Might be able to shorten one enough to fit in the tank for storage,
Funny story one day I went to job and for the life of me couldn't find the flat nozzle it wasn't under the lid where it belongs
I finally found it in the bottom when I went to dump the tank later
How it got there I'll never know![]()
You might be able to heat it with a heat gun and mold it to fit the Milwaukee hose.

Ordered it yesterday.

New Milwaukee tool chests finally posted. $1200 for the new monster 56" combo and $600 for the new mobile station. I need to figure out a way to fit that 56" monster in my garage.

Looks very much like the Gen 2 which was only $900 (or was it $1000). Is there a difference?

Surprised the 56 doesnt have 6 casters... it weighs 650lbs!

are those fold out shelves under the handles on the rolling boxes really worthwhile? looks like something I would be constantly bashing my ankles into. . . . ..

Something doesn't jive with the Home Depot page. Looks to me like they picture is the old Gen 2 46" box.
Well, not the same picture, but the boxes look identical other than the electronic lock.
Yeah, maybe it is wider. I'm digging the size of the smaller 40" myself, but I'm not digging the drawer layout. Too many tall drawers.to me, the HD image certainly looks wider in relation to the height. look at the bottom drawers of the rolling cabinet on both for comparison.
New Packout Item, sort of. 1/2 sized packout designed for hole saws. $100 pre-order
I already have all those sizes, so I wish it was offered in the new carbide tipped ones.
I saw that and cant understand the $100 price, it does include some bigger sizes but still. Can see this set at HD as a spring promo for like $80.
Also seems like prices havent stopped increasing due to tariffs maybe, saw the M12 Fuel 1/2 ratchet for $199 at some places bare tool which is outrageous.

Guess they are not exclusive to HD and its already on sale for $499, knew the $600 was a BS price

Is there any speculation about a M18 fuel or updated wet/dry vacuum coming out? Seems like the current version (0880-20) is on sale most places.
For those of you that have one, does it leave a bit to be desired or should I take advantage of the sales and get it now?

Quick mini review... I was sent one of these to review:
https://www.milwaukeetool.com/Products/Power-Tools/Woodworking/Jig-Saws/2737B-20
My current jigsaw is a Bosch 1591 that is prolly 7 years old or so? The Milwaukee is decent and is perfect for rough cutting in my estimation, but I like my old Bosch better. Why? The Bosch has better ergonomics, speed control, and way better blade guides. It's also, obviously, A LOT lighter.
To put it simply, the old Bosch is just a better designed tool.
However, that's not to say the new M18 jigsaw is terrible. Cordless is a big deal to a lot of people and if they are in the milwaukee ecosystem this is probably the tool to buy. And while not as controllable or as comfortable to use as the Bosch, I'd guess you'd get similar results from it if you are patient and used it long enough.
But even though I am in the Milwaukee ecosystem, it's a pass for me. I don't really care about being cordless and nuts to bolts, I still prefer the 1591.
Anyone know of when the pole saw will be available? I've found a sweet presale at ohio tools for $400 that includes an extra extension, but hesitant to pull the trigger since i'll need one in spring.

You all here seen the Ryobi battery power inverters yet?
Seems there are two...
a small one 300W
AND a larger twin battery 1500W
The kicker is they use the 40V battery and not the smaller 18V
