Please explain.
the deals only work in SCO not at a regular register
If "SCO" means Self Check Out, then that is exactly what I did.
Just to clarify, Penny deals only work at SCO
HD Employees also work at SCO. When I attempted to scan the X7, right away the helpful HD Employee offered to scan it for me, since the X7 in a box is a large box 3 feet tall, and approximately 2' x 2' in width and depth, totaling to a package size of approximately 10 to 12 cubic feet, more or less. The HD Employee has a wireless handheld scanner, and interceded as I hefted this box across the SCO.
Yes, I've read this thread. And the previous thread. And last year's thread.
Yes, I've gone to the Pro Desk computer. The Windows & Doors department computer.
Yes, I've waited until the attendant at the SCO was busy.
No, I've never gotten a so called "penny deal". Not one.
No, I'm not the kind of guy who wants to profit off of these deals by selling them on Craigslist, quite unlike the SPN1025 (user name something like that) guy who would drag along his cute little baby on all his penny shopping sprees. How is anyone going to say no to a Dad taking care of the baby?
No, I don't have a baby.
Yes, I actually needed a paint sprayer. I'm exactly the profile that Ryan (administrator) says he wants this thread to help. I'm painting my garage by hand right now, with a brush and roller. It's taking forever. I still have the rest of my house to do. It is hard to justify $400 sprayer for one project. And the $100 sprayers are a joke, from all the reviews. Hence, I could have used an X7 at a close out price. It didn't matter if it was a penny. I was happy to spend $100. But...
No, I didn't get the deal.
If you did, again, I ask HOW? Just telling me I did it wrong, or assuming that I didn't use SCO, isn't as helpful as telling me how to do it RIGHT!
Thanks.
