Buy once, cry once is what I said day it came home. Most relaxing chair to sit in after a long work or project day. Only wish I would have bought one years ago.
Where'd you find that! Would be a perfect cigar ashtray.Repurposed locomotive piston into side-table.

fabricated a stainless flag for my Dad for fathers day out of a recycled bent up piece of stainless and a old pallet for a frame. ended up bending the flag to make it look like it was blowing in the wind dusting black primer over the pallet then sanded it a bit. a friend of mine cut out the flag on his cnc plasma cutter, ground the stainless down with a scotchbrite pad on a grinder then candy paint over the stainless. pretty happy with the way it turned out.however i have some more plans for it for the future!

I had to do something with these.
Recycled well tank for Darth Vader log burner. Removable 6" flue so you can add 6" flue cap when not in use. Inside grate is removable too. Bottom has a cleanout and acts as a adjustable air intake. The flatten expanded metal in door is removable too and the eyes. I wasn't sure which would look neater when burning, the slots or diamond shape. Tank is 20" diameter and 32" tall. Overall height is 42".
It can be lifted anywhere without bending . I Formed horseshoes for the eyes. You can slide logs in without opening door.
The shape of the tank gives it a very ''Minion's'' looking Vader..lol Love itRecycled well tank for Darth Vader log burner. Removable 6" flue so you can add 6" flue cap when not in use. I repurposed the blow-molded case for my Craftsman EZ-Fix Hot Glue Gun. The EZ-Fix uses non-standard oval mini glue sticks that are now obsolete and difficult to acquire.
I just bought a new AdTech Pro200 hot glue gun and after cutting out the inside of the blow-mold case the new gun fit in there great. There's even a place to hold the bottom stand and also a spot to hold a wrench to change the tips. I cut down a few of my 10" glue stick to fit the case so can have everything in one spot. My mini glue gun fits in there too.

Not as pretty as some of the stuff here, but a lot of repurposed material in my tig cart. The main frame is the stand from the shop furnace that was here when we moved in. The rails for the drawers and tank stand are from a bed frame. The drawers are old file card drawers my wife brought home from work. The shelf under them is wall panel salvage from the neighbors house. The side rails are arm rails from a chair we threw out. The round rods are actually spokes from irrigation wheels from our place. The round rings were pipe hangers from a local greenhouse that closed. The hangers are square tube from bale feeder we longer used. The cart top is part of a sink cutout I saved. Wheels were from an old library cart. Add a few nuts and bolts, a tarp strap, and a scrap piece of osb, and you have a tig cart. Still needs paint. The hanger I'm going to polish and clear coat, as well as leave the sides chrome.
