Ouch. I feel your pain. Did a similar move with a hay bail years ago, wasn't really thinking about it, went to move it, pulled up on it, both shoulders, rotator cuff area, instantly could feel the tearing. Instant regret, what the hell was I thinking, old out of shape horse dad. I knew better, those Eastern Washington hay bails are super dense and surprisingly heavy, especially if you're no farmer, just a suburban dad.
Hope there's no lasting issue and you're ok. And nice score on those beams and that near blast impact door, Lol.
And weird on the cc's. We had to cancel one of our cards recently, food order fraud. Replacement cards never got to us, attempted casino cash withdrawals on the replacement cards. Cancelled those, got the second set of replacements, watching our card accounts like hawks now. Freaking pisses me off.
That sounds awful. I hope that this is the last card I need for a while, who knows it could get used for grubhub next. 
I am being a lot less than productive this afternoon, I tried to escape the office, but had “just one more thing” three times. I am loading up supplies for tomorrow and the dump trailer as well, I would like to get over to the Salvage Garage tonight, but I suspect I won’t be going over there until early in the morning for the next beam trip. The plan is to do a bit of brush cutting at one of the towers on the way back, then pick up the ramp for the dock that never got installed this year. All that stuff is on the way home, so it just makes sense to do it and be done with it.
I hope to be back to the Hill by early afternoon, my guess is the whole day will be fuct, but I can’t really do anything about it. It isn’t like next week is going to be any better, they start taking things for the auction on Monday. This weekend is going to be a long one. The only real good thing is that it looks like the weather is going to be prime for the next week plus. I can live with that.

Our work credit card used to get compromised all the time. We switched to virtual ones that have to get approved and are typically limited to one per vendor. I wish I didn't have to go through the whole process and wait for it to get approved by someone higher up, but the credit card works all the time now.
I'm sure you could get something set up and have different virtual cards for Vendor A, B, etc. Keep one open for the random things that pop up. No idea how this looks on the backend for our finance team.
I think I even have the option to create virtual credit cards with one of my personal credit cards. Will have to check that out next time I log in.

Honestly, this card has been fine for almost four years, my Dad uses his in all sorts of places, so his has been replaced six or seven times over the same period. I wish he would learn to look at things with a bit more scrutiny, or at least ask someone else what they think. He may end up getting what he ordered, but they got all his info and that was the true goal anyways. Last place he ordered from actually sent emails to everyone that bought something, but as a big group chat, so all the emails were visible and the people that hit reply all sent the email to all the other people that bought something. It was a lot of people, about two weeks later his card was compromised, trying to explain to him what I thought happened didn’t work, party on.
Now my back is hurting, I had a couple more big pieces of PVC I wanted to save for Chuck, the first one wasn’t too bad, but the second one, it just plain hurt. As you know, being stubborn, if you already lifted it, no sense in putting it down until you get to where you wanted to go, right?

I am a bit nervous, in order to actually get things to the auction I am going to have to keep up a certain pace, one that I am falling short of on a seemingly regular basis. I am trying to to stray too far off course, but I have so many other things that also need to be done in essentially the same time frame.

Don’t leave keys in anything that needs to start!!
I have the stuff to make a wire lanyard so it won’t be as easy to just take the key. Only thing will be one of Dad’s forklifts. The rest is going to be either a trailer or just stuff on a pallet.
My back is telling me to STOP. I loaded the trailer with stuff to take to the SG, it was mostly aluminum, but still heavy, especially the MRAP rims, they are twice as heavy as normal aluminum rims.

The morning went to hell.
The other day it was starting harder than normal, so I charged the batteries and cleaned off the nasty surface corrosion on the terminals. This morning it cranked even slower, no start, so I added a booster pack, no difference. I then took all the terminals off the batteries and cleaned them up, put everything back together and now all I get is a click from the solenoid on the fender. Pretty sure it is the battery cable that goes to the starter, if not that, it is the most likely the starter. First step is to test the cable theory, then if that doesn’t work, pull the starter. Fun.

Good luck, the starter's not horrible to replace. I just did this to my 99 PSD.
The entire time I was under the ramp truck, all I could think of was "I wish I had a four post lift". I have dirt in places it shouldn't be from dragging myself across the ground. Oh well, someday.
I a pretty much cleaned up, so I am headed back to the to get some things ready for tomorrow, still no idea if I can pick up the beams tomorrow or not. If I can't get them tomorrow it may have to wait a week, there is going to be way too much to do next week with all the auction stuff.

Concord, NH, so about two hours from me. I haven't heard back yet about tomorrow afternoon, I should be able to get there by 2:30 at the latest, of course it is Friday, so who knows.
I had to do some excel magic in order to figure out some back rent percentages so I can quantify the differences, lots of fun for sure. Still have one customer that recently paid in a lump sum and I can't figure out the breakdown. I have asked for the full breakdown. One more credit card to reconcile, then some bills to enter and checks to print, at that point the books will be current, completely current, kind of excited and with the new office, it should stay that way. No more makeshift office setups that have to be moved in the middle of things and setup somewhere else, it is going to be awesome!!!

Now remember, next week, when it's just a teensy little bit not what you dreamed, stop ****** with it and just deal.
Hey, I didn't do anything to perfection on the ramp truck, I had some wire that was laying around with oversized terminals already on the ends, then I used split loom to cover it that was way too big, then I didn't even put any of the copper antisieze on the terminals at the starter. Before that I used the wrong nut for a top post battery terminal, it was a struggle, but I made it through.

I'm curious how you will function if the ramp truck sells at auction.... it seems to get more use than perk and the trailer....
Will it slow the acquisition of time suckers?
I.e. force you to actually work on your projects? (I seem to recall a payloads project...hint hint.. ) lol

I hope getting it out of my life facilitates some sanity when it comes to acquisitions, most likely I will transition how I get things. Honestly the beams would have been better with Perk, but I try and do weekend only trips out of state and this guy wouldn’t do any weekends.
I slept in a bit, at the Hill now having some breakfast, then I am going to change out a couple hoses on the Mitsu, after that we start gathering Dad’s auction items. I am probably going to have to use the Mitsu to drag things to the roadway, then from there Clark will be able to bring them to the loading area.
I forgot how many hydraulic lines need to be dealt with, the two that are already made up aren’t critical at this point, I am just going to wait and replace/reroute/reattach a bunch of lines all at the same time, just not today. I will add some zip ties to help secure a couple loose lines, other than that, I am just going to get moving and start prepping for the auction stuff.

Technically my Buddy bought it, I went in on the deal with him to get the best price on hose and fittings. I bought lots of hose and fittings and still have a credit of about $1,100 or so. The crimper is actually sitting in the shop at the Hill, because he hasn't needed it yet. I am still on the lookout for a decent deal so I have my own crimper, at this point it would need to be a really good deal because I can just borrow the crimper.
I got out fumbled by grease fittings this morning, I greased the Mitsu, had one zerk not take grease, then a couple bleed back. No problem, I have my grease zerk assortments, SAE was too big (I figured that), Metric was too big as well??? Of course the Mitsu would use British Standard Pipe Threads.
I placed an order with McMaster, should be here Monday, picking up the mess and getting started for real this time. Tonight I am helping my Buddy (same one with the hydraulic crimper deal) pick up a utility truck he bought, not sure when we are leaving, but sometime around 5, so I am not going to the Salvage Garage today.

Have you seen the Lock & Lube grease buster stuff? I've had some pretty good success with mine. You tap it to force solvent into the zerk to free up the blockage. It looks like they've got a version to use with an air hammer now.

I haven’t tried one yet, will look into it, regardless I needed an assortment of grease zerks to fit the Mitsu. Unfortunately for my day, Dad showed up just as I was ready to start working, we had to walk the property and figure out what was going and what was staying. Then he wanted to try and start one of the army trucks so we messed with it for a bit, the trans was stuck and the clutch was engaged. We tugged on it, pushed it, the clutch freed up so it would roll, but the engine is seized. Now I am almost back to where I was at 10 AM, except now I am going to eat some lunch, probably try to feed Chuck, then try to at least get something done before leaving to help my Buddy. Long day with little progress, besides that, I had to lug my big booster pack around and my back didn’t like it.
There have been some interesting developments, Dad has agreed to let me scrap everything out at the Hill and in exchange I will get the ramp truck, we have even agreed that after the first $10k in scrap we will split the additional 50/50. Also discussed the house on the Hill more and I am the most optimistic I have been for a while. I am writing up an agreement for the scrap deal tonight and then will work on the one for the house. I fully expect to haul 100k pounds of steel out, should be some fun.

Good that the deal is being documented.
It would probably also be wise to track your time and expenses so that after it is all cleared up that it is understood of the amount of time effort associated with the project....
