I had to do some excel magic in order to figure out some back rent percentages so I can quantify the differences, lots of fun for sure. Still have one customer that recently paid in a lump sum and I can't figure out the breakdown. I have asked for the full breakdown. One more credit card to reconcile, then some bills to enter and checks to print, at that point the books will be current, completely current, kind of excited and with the new office, it should stay that way. No more makeshift office setups that have to be moved in the middle of things and setup somewhere else, it is going to be awesome!!!
