Honestly, making these have been on the list for a long time, if I do this, it is done and I won’t have to do it again, at least not for the regular plows, if I get into bigger ones, all bets are off.
I have a bunch of things that have to be galvanized anyways and I need to get back in the groove, doing some simple stuff that isn’t super structural is a good way for me to refresh a bit. Plus as I am cleaning up the shop to make room for this stuff to be fabricated, I am gaining on that side as well.
I am not sure how much I mentioned this, but it looks like by the end of the summer I will have help pretty much every Friday and Saturday. I really need to get things organized for that, so doing all this stuff is not a waste of time. Once I have help, doing this stuff is not only a waste of time, but also an expense. I would rather use the help to do actual mechanical repairs rather than the dub stuff that I have to do for the shop to function smoothly. Once this happens, then projects will start to get done, I am really looking forward to that part.
