Bummer your Thanksgiving was a let down Strout. We hosted this year and my son's oldest best friend's family of five came over too so we had planned on 14. My sister got sick so we ended up with 11. I cooked a 20lb bird. And only my dad and I like the cranberry jelly sauce, so the two cans I bought had us covered.
We sat down to dinner at 3:30. Around 5pm we had desert. Unfortunately my dad accidentally swapped the gluten free pumpkin pie with the regular pie, so I ended up eating the regular pie. By 8:30 I was sick and puking my guts out. My wife was pissed, but I laughed and said that way I only absorbed half the calories I consumed. I was down for the count on Friday though.
We dodged the snow that hit St. Louis, Chicago, and MichIana last Sunday.
Good job on Clark.
I can tell you don't have kids... especially boys. We have Ikea furniture because it's inexpensive. My son can break anything. No point in buying nice, expensive furniture when it's just going to get broken. Sure, the more expensive stuff will last a little longer, but it will still break. And our Poang chairs have actually held up really well, even though one sags to the right, they haven't broken yet. Impressive for a $150 chair. And my new desk for my "home office" is from IKEA. We needed a very small footprint desk to fit in the corner of our DR. It has some really nice features for wire routing and my scanner/printer/laptop dock fit on it perfectly.

You sir, are a stud among men. Sorry for being crude, but I can't think of another way to say it.
