I am going to try and not spend any money for a couple weeks, I will still be paying bills and normal things like food and fuel, but the plan is to attempt to finish some projects that I have already purchased parts for and get them out of the way. If I have to spend more it will only be to finish one of these projects, not a new one. This also means no "free" projects, we all know how expensive "free" usually ends up being. I figure baby steps, but I need to get into this mentality or I am afraid I will never finish a project and become buried in all my unfinished stuff. I really want to have a fully operational truck by spring and in order to make that happen, I need more self control. As you guys all know, I won't hide what I do or lie and say I didn't buy anything, I will post my progress and emotional responses to doing this. I would like to concentrate on old projects and some old bills, I have a few that are "no interest" and I have been making the payments, but I am tired of the feeling of "owing" interest free or not. Plan is to have things paid off by July at the latest, I want to have a decent summer and next winter should be as stress free as possible. Hopefully I will have lots of my loose ends ******* and some of the family issues dealt with too.
So here we go, no new projects or frivolous spending for the next few weeks, wish me luck, I am going to need it.
