No filter, I trust my cousin, he is from my mother’s side and she and Dad have been divorced for 35 years, he has no skin in the game and the reason he told me is because he refused to play the game my Dad wanted to, he flat out told Dad that he would not get involved.
This morning turned into a mess, trying to do a couple easy things turned into a nightmare because I didn’t have the proper tools at the SG. Anyways, after 4 hours of messing around, the Peterbilt truck and the trailer are finally gone, I helped the owner get them to his house, but that truck didn’t want to leave. Stuck brakes, dead batteries, leaking air, broken chains, you name it, we did it.
After that I had to go to the bank, in Perk, so I walked through the drive up teller window to get my cash for the trailer. Then when I get there it was like a reunion, two of the guys that work for the company selling the trailer were old television/microwave guys that I knew from way back. I got the full tour, I told them when one of the newer trailers is available, I want first dibs, I think they were 53’ long with an almost full length slide out on one side making the trailer about 14’ wide. It was very cool, they handle live sporting events, so they are just doing maintenance right now.
Here is what is inside one of the big ones.
They usually have 20 or so people working in there at once.
They were something like 3 million new.
Makes mine look like a toy, but mine has been to Cuba for one of the big soccer tournaments and that makes it a cool story.
Even better news is it takes single phase power and should run off a hundred amp circuit without any problems, probably be fine for what I do with a 50 amp setup. I am in a rush, so I am not setting up the stairs or going inside for a full tour yet, we will all have to wait until later this week.
