The weather should be good, but the blue burb did the same thing it did the other night, luckily I got it to the Hill with only one stalling incident. Thankfully, my brother is going with me and he said he can meet me at the Hill with his truck.
At this point I am thinking it is something to do with the fuel tank/sending unit. Both times it was right around 330 miles on the trip odometer and the fuel gauge was bouncing almost identically. I proved that the tank wasn't empty the last time, the only thing that is making me scratch my head is that after we filled the tank it still sputtered after about 5 miles of driving, could have been some air that was trapped and I could just be chasing my tail. Plan is to put five gallons in it, then go and fill the tank again, then drive it locally to see what happens. The previous owner "mentioned" that I was going to need new fuel lines, when I asked what made him think that he became a bit vague, I had just cracked it up to him being eccentric about the burb. He installed a new tank and sending unit, he also added a drain on the bottom of the tank, so that should make things easier to deal with, but now it makes me think there was a issue all along and that is why I got the burb with an almost full fuel tank.......
