It isn't much different than the tilt style 20 ton trailers, they have the wheels almost centered on the deck, the rear overhang is 8' from the hinge. That camera angle makes it look even worse, but it will be very maneuverable for sure. They hauled a lull in and around New York City, the machine they hauled weighed 39,500 pounds, I don't plan on hauling anything more than that, most of my stuff is under 30k.
This is what a 20 ton tilt deck looks like, the fifth wheel pivot point will make the trailer turn even better, so I am happy about that. Then the hydraulic tail and air ride will allow for a 12' ramp that will have a fairly low loading angle.
