I had to feed Chuck, when I opened the fridge I remembered that I had bought all the greens to make more smoothie, so I had to process all that, made four batches of smoothie and then used the food saver bags for the remaining greens. I am also freezing some after they are vacuum sealed to see what happens. I suspect that is really won't matter if I freeze them or not, they take up more room than if I make smoothie and freeze it into Ice cube size portions. He is pretty consistent with two bottles in the evening, but mornings he sometimes only has one. I think it is a good balance for him, he still gets plenty of greens and fluid without me having to fight fresh stuff and then toss half of it every day because he won't eat wilted stuff. I have several smaller projects that I kind of forgot about at the Hill, so I will probably spend most of the weekend concentrating on that stuff with a smattering of random other stuff thrown in for good measure.
The contractor did not level up the cabinets before he installed the butcher block top, so I am hopeful that when I do level them, it won't eff everything up too much. I wish everyone could be more aware of big picture things, seems like most people just look at what is happening this second and don't care about what happens next until they get there. I find a bit of forethought can make a project a lot better in the long run. Oh well, I can't do everything myself, so I have to deal with things this way until I can clone myself....
