I hope to lower both even more, one step at a time, I am happy with how things are going, but I sure do miss some foods. I am going to shoot for one day a week fasting, my Chiropractor recommended it, he said he was "healthy", but had terrible stats, once he started doing the fasting one day a week everything got inline. I am also going to have to implement a cheat day, then I can have some fun with the food still. I haven't had an ice cream since August 8th and I used to eat ice cream a lot......
The painter was here today, he has gotten almost everything done, the contractor is coming tomorrow afternoon, so we should be able to finish things up as well. Then the electrician is almost ready to finish up the wiring. I am probably going to start moving things in this weekend. Today's plan kind of got screwed up, because the painter did another coat of poly on the top that is in the wood shop, so I can't do anything in there that creates dust and basically opening the door creates dust, so I will wait until tomorrow to use the wood shop. I am going to try and hook up the furnace (finally) and test out the chimney. I also need to see what size oil tank I have in the basement, if it is a 330 I will be happy, but I suspect the gauge is off and it is just a 275.
