So long time lurker, rarely post. decided with the big changes I have planned over the next few weeks, I'd start a thread.
Quick Back Story, bought my house just over 2 years ago, was bank owned and pretty rough so lots has gone into the interior. Bonuses on this house were:
*its on a golf course
*one of the larger homes in the area, the attached garage itself is just under 1k sqft
*has a pond in the back
here is the pic from the listing as it was before I bought it.
Now onto the fun stuff. I know someone who works for Rock Solid floors so I was able to get in on a deal on the testing for their new metallic series flooring. that was the 1st garage update before I started anything else.
concrete was free of oils and major cracks etc so I etched it and started the coating process
The flooring looked great new, seemed to hold up nicely
