And Fox body Mustangs becoming "classic" are one of the ways I can tell I'm getting old...

I'd say 30-40% of the homes out here have a shop... gearhead paradise.
And yes, it makes me feel old as well.

A reasonably clean coupe or gt runs 6-7k here, 5.0 lx hatches being a touch cheaper. Few years ago you could get a nice one for 3k. That makes me feel old too.

Miller Metal Buildings did the construction. I will be using 5/8" OSB for the walls... not sure how/if I will be finishing it out. I may cover everything in old barn wood. Going for old school barn meets modern shop/man cave theme.
