Found another little Hong Kong adjustable
A seller had two of these toy-tools at our City Wide Garage Sale Day....

He asked what's my use for it, and I told him that I am going to hang it above my workbench as a curio.
He decided to keep the second one and put it on his keychain.

Size comparison to a 4"er

Calling @four.cycle ! Who used "CHICAGO", after 1946 (marking includes Registered TM symbol), as a brand? I did not do any research yet.

Found this electrical/ignition kit, all stamped steel, at the flea this morning. Cheap, practically useless, but I'm not leaving a nineteen (19)-piece set of anything behind, especially not seventeen (17) cool little spoon-tailed single open ends, each with the same obstruction angle, going from 1/8" to 1/2"!

only ones that look like they might be viable possibilities are ...

Chicago / Chicago Tool Co., 542 W. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL / "stampings and pressings" Jan 1922 Automobile Trade Directory /

Chicago / Chicago Tool & Kit Mfg. Co., 161 Whiting, Chicago, IL / "C.T.K." / patent 1644079 Oct 4 1927 William J. O'Neill /

Chicago / Chicago Wrench Co. / bicycle wrench /

I thought I had an ad for a "C.T.K." something, but I cannot find it. The only thing I can find is an ad for a device for securing luggage to a running board. The company sold a bunch of tools to Uncle Sam in 1952, so at least that part of that one is in the right place vintage-wise.

"Chicago Tool Company" just popped up while I was searching for "C.T.K." in a 1922 Automobile Trade Directory. It's quite possible that one might be too early to be considered a viable candidate.

"Chicago Wrench Company" made a little bicycle wrench about which I have zero information. - BK

I don’t know what this is but it’s tiny.

Are the tiny recesses, blank, B, & C different thicknesses? Quality looks like a bike wrench, wonder if the circle recesses are something like a plug gapper, vs a make shift screwdriver. Some very special purpose tool for something tiny.

Some of my small tool collection, the screwdriver set is branded Omega (watches), you can find them on Ebay, I'm not sure who the target market was since several are available. Maybe they came with the watches, if someone knows, please chime in. Next is a tiny tape measure made by Zippo, it looks like they did this for give-aways, there's several on Ebay with different companies. This is very nicely built and a great idea for whomever came up with it.

Of course no shop is cool without a boombox, this is one of the smallest at a smidgeon over 9" wide. Stereo microcassette ruled the world in 1982 but died shortly after, it was an expensive format since you had to buy all new players and it just never clicked with buyers. This isn't the smallest boombox but it's one of the coolest.

Promotional or Bicycle? Early Bike wrenches were like that.

They are both stamped with the Gormully & Jeffery logo, and Gormully & Jeffery were bicycle makers, but I do not believe that particular model wrench was actually manufactured by Gormully & Jeffery.
I've seen many examples of that exact same wrench with different company names stamped on them, causing me to lean more toward thinking that unit was stamped out in some factory in Brooklyn by one of any number of "novelty" companies that were cranking out product in a frenzy just before the turn of the 20th century.

(search string on ebay is advanced / wrench / used / exclude:
snapon snap-on bluepoint blue-point matco mac cornwell gearwrench kobalt pittsburgh craftsman impact ridgid jack lug armstrong barcalo challenger bonney duralast wilmar performance stillson westcott walworth peck trimo striker striking torque micrometer bemis -- you'll be sure to turn up two or three of them.)
