been thinking about making a tire sidewall cutter,
One for the possibility of reinforcing a roadway that keeps washing out, and my second Idea was tire retaining wall, and after watching a few "earth house" videos on ramming the tires, it looked like removing the top side wall would be beneficial
thus the idea of the machine,
came across this idea for roads, (I have some problem areas) called mechanical concrete.

I came across this video and think I could improve on it, Manual Tire Sidewall cutter
My idea is to improve the cutter, is to hold the tire on the bottom of the tire, bead, using channel lock pliers, on the top left show the concept,
(the commercial cutters have a back under the cutter) so my thought was to make a set of rollers that would fit in side of the tire and roll around supporting the area where the cutter is, and using the same kind of manual walk around lever on the cutter, the cutter arm, would have a slot for easy removal to set the tire on and off,
(I guess if one wanted to remove the second sidewall, one would have to extend the base out to catch the area where the first side wall was cut off),
