Hi,
So I know there are some tool dealers on here, I have a question... I bought a tool box off of my old roommate, but he has become delinquent on the account which the tool box is listed under. (From snap on credit) He had many tools he had purchased on there, but they had been stolen a few months ago, so he decided it's no longer worth paying the account off. While owing like $5000 he sold me his tool box. He now gets delinquent notices in the mail, for the past few months indicating his last payment being in march. So figuring that, snap on should be coming to repossess whatever he has left soon, right?
But since I purchased the box from him, I would like to trade it in for a masters series. I am worried that if I trade this box in, they will track the serial number back to me, and somehow try to screw with me even though he had been the delinquent. Since I took "his" box and traded it in... I know this is a long messed up situation, but any advice, etc would be much appreciated.
