PS Their Grayvik line of hammers are like "rejects" from Vaughan. They tag them as Grayvik and sell them thru HJE. I looked at a bunch of them and for the life of me, I couldn't see anything wrong with them. If I was looking for good USA made hammers and didn't have any, I'd buy these first and never look back.
While the price is attractive for US made hammers / pry bars, I've been highly disappointed with the Grayvik tools I've bought from HJE. Bad bevels on pry bars, and rough casting marks. The Grayvik hammer I have doesn't have a flat face, in fact its slightly pointed. Honestly, it irritates me every time I see those tools.
Also, I bought a couple of their made in USA house brand tape measures, planning to make them my default tape measure style. However; they have a important short coming; the tape case length is some very random fractionated number. When taking inside measurements, its very handy to be able to just measure, using the tip, and the back of the tape, and add the length of the case, (generally something simple like 4 inches), to the displayed measurement for the total measurement. Because of this, pretty much all tape measure have the case length stamped into it; but, not this one. But, that's probably just as well, considering that this tape measures body's measurements ends up something random in 32nds in I recall correctly.
Not trying to knock HJE, they seem like a great company, and I look forward to spending lots more money with them, just wanted to share, a friendly warning.
