Tool organization in your tool box...what do you use?

There are a number of great ideas/products for organizing tool chests and boxes that have been shared here on GJ. I am attempting to start a thread that has all of those ideas/products. So let's have them. Please post descriptions and or photos. I will start off with the pliers rack and socket organizers, see attached photos.

If you really want your box to look nice buy some box foam, HF stocks some relatively inexpensive stuff, and cut out each tool. Easy way to see if you are missing a tool. Although very time consuming and about impossible to reorganize when you get a new tool.
