Curious if anyone can tell me what this tool box might be? I can't quite make out the logo. Thanks

EK: you should just have one ongoing thread maybe titled EK's new finds or WTF tools or i'm sure you can think of a name to title it. instead of all these little threads. I'm probably going to do the same because i every time i buy tools i pick up something that i don't have a clue what it was made or how to use it.

i'll guess Dunlap for your box. not overly well built but better than the small metal or plastic boxes that are for sale today.

I'm sorry, but as a somewhat novice to vintage tools I've got to ask a lot of questions. I grew up in my grandpa's garage which are my best memories. Now I'm trying to recreate that in my own garage for my kids. I go to sales trying to find vintage things and oddities etc and need info when I don't know what it is. Not as bad idea though to have an ongoing thread.

EK: i'm 60 and not really a tool guy all my life either, but have had a few and seen a few too. I still find stuff every week i haven't a clue about hence me wanting to start a thread.

i see you start a lot of threads and not sure you always get an answer, but you like to post here in vintage so having an ongoing vintage WTF is this tool thread might get you more answers and we can all just check one thread instead of 20 or 50.

good luck on your garage and improving your knowledge

I agree with Drives, EK, also did the extension come with it? What brand is the extension? And the box has that Craftsman grey colour to it so maybe a Craftsman?
