Oh, and don't try to stick your finger in there to see how sharp the blade is. It's good enough lol.

Don't ask why I know that.

"Circum" screwdriver

Good catch. Did you bought that screwdriver alone or a hole set?
I bought a set of screwdrivers two month ago and the set contained a circuit tester branded with SKG.

@Monte : Do you really use these 8-10mm chisels, or it's more for your private collection ?

This one i will keep in the package in NOS condition for my "historic EU handtools" collection for my private museum :)
I use a 6mm and 8mm as scraper to remove car body sealant etc. "mini-scraper", mini pry bar etc. ... so i use some.....not for wood working though :)

and I decided to go home, but suddenly I saw...

damn you **** !!! :D
so much $$ for a pen ???? ill.... :)
i have to look out for theses TK-Matic now...

nice exotic stuff :)

these Gardenas are on my wish list:

Do those Gardena's have quick connect fittings on them?! How the heck does that work? *looks up the page* Oh, it's an adapter. Good idea though. We're still stuck with the "screw in with PTFE tape and hope it doesn't leak" BS over here. I'm going to Lowes to see if there's anything like that.

OK, got a question for your guys. I need a new set of hex key wrenches. They're for professional use as an automotive mechanic. Should I be buying the PB Swiss keys or the Wera Hex Plus keys?

2nd vote for Bondhus, because of ease of warranty and pure strength/durability. You can get the "goldguard" sets for about 13$ each online, and they will last a loooong time. I have no doubt in my mind that PB Swiss and Wera make very good products as well, but Bondhus always gets my #1 vote for hex keys, just from using them myself.

If you do decide to try Bondhus, Enco has the Goldguard Ball End keys on perma-sale... 22pc set for $22.99. That is 1.5-10mm, and .05-3/8" SAE. Get those, tack on some goodies to make the bill $25, and use a free shipping promo code!

i would be so happy to be kidding... :(
it's forbidden in new installations since i think the mid-90s, but that roof date from the 60s and is made of painted corrugated asbestos, since we're doing a remodelling of the building we will have to get rid of it or no permit... the nicest thing is that we'll certainly have to deal with a german firm because we cannot find a french one that will do the work for a reasonable price. nice! i'm going to compare our tools!

Well, try not to breath during the works ;)
Now is the time for a hyper-quick 'n short German language course; btw, don't believe their tools will be better than yours (it's a strong feeling)

they're not "rude", they just don't care and wouldn't understand a price of more than 100€ for the copper cutting pliers...
i haven't lost anything except time... the Beta is warranty-able, the CATU is still usable but not as a VDE tool(not a problem, i have other nice orange tools! :D) and the Würth was a gift and is possibly warranty-able too. as for "trust", like Olafur said: "i trust them as far as i can throw'em" or something to that extend... they definitely lost way more than me. beside, i'll get new tools too! :lol_hitti

As you said, they have lost way more... but for the next time (not with those neighbours, of course), keep a set of very very rusty tools in case somebody comes to borrow your tools :spit:

no holiday this time! but thnaks anyway! to you too! :D

Thanks ;)

Can confirm this. Recently used the Fiskars sharpner with my set of Fiskars axes and did an unintentional test of the result with my finger. Got a deep cut. What a ****** mess in the garage :(

tool content: keep on showing your stubbies guys! (Moose, i'm talking to you too!)! :lol_hitti
Nice haa!!
another JIS tools coming soon stay tune:D
Btw: Thanks for your compliment:beer:

Stabila. It has a ergonomic rubber coated housing, it feels good in my hands and the switch works easy. The Facom looks similar but no rubber coating and i have a yellow Stanley too which looks like the Stabila, but the Stabila switch works easier. So i take mostly the Stabila, sometimes (for inside measurements) i take the red BMI tape. The blue tape is at home , the big one is too big and the brown Stanley one i only own because i wanted to own a french made tape too :)
:bounce:
ok i have to think about that again :D
uh oh.. with your amount of tools it will be a high tools bill :) Hopefully your company don´t go out of business because of your tool bills :( :D

Hi guys! Today was my lucky day. It did't seem so at the beginning - the first thing I did this morning was that I scratched my glasses when they hit the ground. So I went to Bauhaus for some material and I saw there and bought this Sora set too. It was in sale because of one missing screwdriver, and it cost 159kč (about 6Eur).
Congratulation nice shopping:thumbup:

my garage neighbour just invested in some quality tools like i told him :)

Very nice, mrtools!! I don't have any of the fine tooth Hazet yet. What was that you bought, just individual pieces that Jens put together for you or did you get a set and not take the case to save on shipping. Either way, post more picsd and let us know how you like it :)

I agree about Hazet's knurling - gotta love it:
