I believe they are made in Taiwan, not China. This is based on the COO listed on KCTool. I wasn’t able to verify on Hazet’s site.I have both Gedore and Hazet.
I know that the Hazet reversible ratcheting combination wrenches are made in China.
I always grab the Hazet ones they feel the nicest.
The ratcheting end on the Hatzet is smaller and not as bulky as the others. Thanks for sharing
Yes, that’s the main reason I prefer Hazet over the Gedore. For me, that’s often the limiting factor in being able to use a ratcheting wrench. The ratcheting end on the Hatzet is smaller and not as bulky as the others. Thanks for sharing.
I think you’re correct however, I have not had any issues with those coming out of TaiwanI think the Gedore ratcheting mechanism is made in Germany by Gedore. A lot of the other ratcheting wrenches use the Taiwan made mechanism.
There is nothing wrong with the ones from Taiwan. It looks like a lot of reversible ratcheting combination wrenches are from Taiwan. I wonder if the Gedore ones are a bit larger because they use a different design.I think you’re correct however, I have not had any issues with those coming out of Taiwan
It could very well be. I like the smaller print of the FACOM that I have, it allows me to use the wrench in tighter places. There is nothing wrong with the ones from Taiwan.
