One reason why i always liked Facom, the boxes. Always dreamed of a JET.6XL (or even the rolling workbench
) filled with
these . I still sometimes look in the promo flyers with all the modul inserts ...
6 drawers? what would you like to put in the big one?
I've always looked at their combo toolbox+tools in the promos too and thought "if you're 15 and you work 1 month as a student during summer you can buy a jet.8XL and 4 drawers full of tools, so there's no reason to wait to be retired to buy Facom"

I'd like a JET.8XL, hmmm 635€, maybe after I get paid for my student's job this summer...
yellow ??? not red/black ??? wtf ???
If you open the drawers i guess you will be able to remove them from the "sliders". Should be easy.
Héhé, yes yellow, to match this:

Almost like in this picture but a bit more "orange"

I'll watch carefully and see if everything can be disassembled to be re-powder-coated, if yes I'll be happy!
btw. Facom: the "Rotator" ratchet is now available in 1/4" too

New Facom safety trolley jack with "mechanical safety lock" at 290mm height
http://facom.de/downloads/flyer/DL.200S.pdf
Looks very handy! but I don't know if that feature is as useful on a 1/4" than a 3/8" ratchet? I'll wait a bit...
That reminds me that my jack should arrive in the middle of this month!
@Cantause: did you already order something from the "Facom Boutique" ??
http://www.boutique.facom.com/
No never, I prefer to spend my money on tools
btw. The old Facom pliers reminds me on the new Stanley pliers...
(3 piece constuction, lower jaw design (adjustment seems to be finer now + different button ??)) What do you say ??
Looks very similar, I prefer to see Stanley using Facom than the opposite
Monte where can I find that belt at here? Its came up before and I did some searching and it was sold out everywhere.
At 40 Euros plus shipping & customs fees, landed cost would be somewhere around $70-80. SD
Monte is right, the Facom boutique can send it to the US and tthey have a few in stock but it would be 40€ + 30€ shipping, you will probably be over 100$ after the customs fees
It's off topic but as a lot of europeans follow this thread it's easier to ask here, sorry:
Would someone know a place in europe (if possible which would ship in europe) to buy a Waterloo tool box at a fair price?
I like their boxes with 5-6 drawers, which can be put on a bench top like the ones used in the Nepros's master tool kits.
Nepros's importer in the Netherlands sells them but their prices are very high...
Another thing, are Peddinghaus punches of good qualty? as good as PB swiss?
Thanks
