How do you switch between regular and twist use?

You don't switch.
When you "twist" the handle the square drive turns, always in the way selected with the ring, not matter in which way you twist the handle.
When you use it as a normal ratchet, the handle can't turn as soon as some torque is applied on the square drive, the "twist" system is automaticaly blocked if you want.
The twist feature has been cleverly implemented in the ratchet, even for something made in Taiwan, you don't feel that Facom makes you pay big money for it, future will tell us if it's strong and reliable...

It's too bad I promissed to help my brother this WE with his office's transformations, I'll have to wait the next one to try it.
I'm already impressed by the quality, you can even adjust the play between the saw and the guide rail

I can't wait to try this plunge cut feature, it looks so good on the video, I hope it's the same in reality...
