@Matthew:
I have received the material yesterday haha.

I am very impressed with the packaging of tools, with its careful look and great finishing.
Sets of wrenches in pouch bag are very very well.

I am very happy with Toptul.

@dede2897234:

The distribuitor is Sudeka Tools.

In the web you have all information: http://www.toptulsudeka.es

Just got a new pair of Knipex 2616200 Long nose pliers with the updated VD handles.

The new handles are great. Close to NWS handles.
They are a fraction thicker than the old ones and have a little give to them, making them feel very comfortable.

Can really reccomend the updated ones

First picture is new updated VDE handle
2nd is older VDE handle

@ Bhae: Nice Toptul stuff! Do you have some of their sockets? I'm considering getting some 1/2" dr 6pt deep.

@AfricanToolman: Nice! Looks like you've got a NWS & Knipex fetish! Where did you buy them?

I like me a good German Plier :pimpflash

Nice! All my pliers are German as well, Stahlwille, Gedore, NWS and Knipex.

I got these 4 Stahlwille Stabil wrenches at the pawnshop this afternoon. All in mint condition. I paid $10 (converted) and think it was a good deal!

Three of them are listed in their 2011 catalog, except the 3/4 x 25/32, so I assume this size combination was discontinued.

A lot other mint German wrenches at the pawn shop, but I am a person of order and only like tools if they are part of a set or building on existing sets of mine.. Yes I know, silly me!

bhae,

Does Sudeka Tools stock most or all of the Toptul hand tool lineup?

The reason I am asking is because Wren Hand Tools (USA) and TheToolChest.ca (Canada) stock only a small selection of the entire Toptul catalog items. Both companies place large orders with Rotar at least 1 or maybe 2 times per year.

For example, if Sudeka Tools does not stock specific Toptul automotive tools (LINK) that you would like to order for a customer, would Sudeka place this small order for you with Rotar immediately or wait until placing a large order?

Do you know how long it takes for a tool order to be processed and shipped from Rotar in Taiwan to Sudeka Tools?

Thanks,

Dave

Did Sudeka Tools have all of the hand tools, that were part of your first order, in stock?

Thanks,

What new one?

Fein "BOP 10-2"

You are welcome!!!

Table drill name plate

i never seen this brand here;)
why ur tool cart full with ZEBRA screwdriver compare to FELO? (because i seen the handle of ZEBRA like FELO design).
Did u have BACHO Electrician Ergo screwdriver? & what ur opinion?

Thanks for the pics ! Made in Japan ! :rocker:
Thats what i wanted to know ;)

I bought the Würth Felos because the "Würth Zebra" version has the handle shape of the Felo 550 series ( w/striking cap) combined with the squishy "Ergonic" handle of the Felo 400 series.

I only own 1 Bahco screwdriver for my collection. But i prefer Felo, Hazet, Wiha 3K, Witte etc. because i like their handle shape better. Bahco is too round for me.

In case you need some Würth screwdrivers :D ;)

got it from my father tools box maybe more than 20

nice wrenches !!

Thanks, you have some great stuff too.

I am obviously a Hazet fan. :rocker:

nice pics !! The cardboard box in the first pic doesn´t fit in there though :D ;) ;)

Well... I had to do it. I cut the handle off of my 411 Stahlwille 1/4" ratchet tonight and swapped it out for a Snap On SSDP 319 #1 hard handle. I want a 3/8 now so I can do the same!!

After that I scrubbed my new to me Hazet assistent. It was purchased from the original owners daughter. It has a seat, which is a rare option.

exotic transformation ! nice Assistent !

This is just my latest purchase, new and older style NWS, made in Germany, bought in Switzerland, to be used .... all over.....:bounce: I have a bunch more but I need to organize and get pictures of the stuff....

nice pliers !!!!! :pimpflash

Monte Monte:
I have chrome question. I wondering are Hazet tools hard chrome rather than nickel chrome. My understanding is the nickel gives the tool the high gloss look when chrome is applied over it and both layers are rather thin. Where hard chrome is a thicker layer that is harder than the original metal and the sheen comes from how the medal is prepped before chroming like guns are finished without a base like nickel, just chrome . If the metal is polished you get a gloss and sand blasted makes a matt sheen. I don’t see how if the nickel coating was used that the finished tool would be able to have the two tones like Hazet tools have. I think this is important as hard chrome will well outlast nickel chrome.

Hazet uses nickel + chrome too. Prior to the plating process the heads of the Hazet wrenches are ground to a sleek/smooth surface so after the plating the heads almost look like a mirror. The non polished surfaces (beam) are not smooth hence not all of the light rays are reflected directly into the eye, hence the matt appearance.

Here is a strange one

I needed 2 Torx 20 Wera drivers. Got 1 from local supplier, one from Amazon.com

Local supplier one came in plastic package saying "made in Czech Republic". Quite normal

Amazon.com one has a "sticker" attached saying, "Made in CZ". Still normal

Then I notice the tips are different colours. The Amazon one has a slight red tint to it.
Then notice under the "Made in CZ" sticker it says "Made in Germany" on the handle. But looks like someone tried to cover it up a bit with a black marker pen.

Otherwise they look and feel identical.

When last were Wera made in Germany ?

Click on pictures for larger version

strange, never seen something like that. There is no answer when Wera changed the production location. At least thats what someone wrote in the german forum who asked Wera and the replied that they changed the production location in a 10 year time span (iirc)

Acesa roll cart:

nice pics again !!!!!!! The Toptul wrenches look really nice !!!
Do you sell them in a set only or also individually ?

i have 1 question..who can explain about the last letter stand for what after "MADE IN GERMANY"?

sorry for the late reply but the Stahlwille guy was out of his office until 16. febr.

The letters are a "blank-identifier". The employee can see which wrench can be made from which blank.
The older Stahlwille wrenches have a size marking which is stamped into the wrench and not forged, so you know which wrench you can make out of it, and so you could make different sizes (for example 19mm and 3/4") from the same forged blank.
Because of modern production methods it is not necessary anymore to mark the tools.

what brands are you looking for and what kinds of tools? Is there a specific brand of vehicles or projects that you are working on?

The only vehicle I work on is a John Deere... I'm looking for any hand tool and for power tools NOS Swiss made Bosch(like fine cut saw) or Metabo and Hilti. Trade only stores(that sell to anyone interest me a lot.) :)

@ Monte Thats a regular nonhammer drill right?

I used the rivet gun to repair my Snap on tool box and it worked great. I think it is a good deal since it includes everything you need and it was fairly cheap at $32.

@Bahco_henke

Welcome and I to would like to see the tools available in Sweden.

The thing about the eye-tal-yun tools is you never know what you're gonna get. I ordered an organizer that came in wrong and then these sockets. I prefer this format anyway, so this not a problem for me, but 12 point - I don't think so.

Maybe like Italian cars, more about looking pretty than being right ;)

Looks great

thanx, bought these for 50 euro on marktplaats (=dutch ebay)
We don't need snap-on high shine chrome, if we can have this satin chrome finished Facom
btw i dont speak swedish, but I drive swedish...
(and then you'll notice you need all metric sizes that the French prefer to skip (14 18 22mm))
