Non-serrated snipe nose pliers?![]()
By Facom..
Congrats, now I know why I had a female customer ;-) Have a lot of fun with those tools!

NWS on the left, CK serrated jaws on the right. I know them as snipe nose, what do you guys call them?

By Facom..
The once iconic Australian brand, now owned by Stanley, manufactured in France by Facom?
Splitting hairs, but by Bost Garnache Industries, which was part of Facom and is now part of Stanley Black and Decker.
Voila, leur usine (minable).
A wrenches said BELZER with a glossy chrome finish and not mention..Spain or Argenina + a packing said Belzer Germany quality + made in Spain
maybe if I have a time, I should visit a hardware and take some pics or buy it![]()
Btw: I need to know ur opinion before buy it (13mm)![]()
Both NWS & Knipex don't have a serrated jaw option for their snipe nose...that's why I wouldn't buy them. Knipex are streets ahead in quality out of the two I've shown here. CK eats them both! The Knipex cutters are nice though, cant fault them.
Monte which euro vises are best? (old and new)
i don´t know.... matter of taste..... Heuer, Ridgid, Peddinghaus, Schlegel, FZA, Braun, Leinen, Boley, Kanca.....if you have one of these you can´t go wrong... My personal favourites are Heuer, Ridgid and Schlegel

That vice looks nice. Available in America? Also any Swiss made vices?
You are high up on the list of garagejournal members that i would like to meet and enjoy a frosty beverage with. I enjoy your vast knowledge of all things tools.
Thanks for the clarification on that. Now can you tell me if Facom sockets are exactly the same as what are sold under the Stanley name? I hear that they are Taiwan. I am quite suspicious..
Anyone know anything about this? Picked it up in Upstate NY at a garage sale.

Me also thinks the AF designation means American Fractional.
, but before I buy one I would like to see if there are any euro or German electrician tool pouches that would work for me. I've been looking for a new tool pouch for work. Looking for a electricians tool pouch. Here in the us the selection is limited to junk or more junk. Excluding VETO bags, but before I buy one I would like to see if there are any euro or German electrician tool pouches that would work for me.
Thanks in advance.
Because of this thread I have spent way to much money but have found a deep love for wera and felo products.
what are those top 3 in your pic?
@Olafur, nice find for these Padre drivers, i don't know the COO but they do look strong, indeed
I'm also planing to buy a Wera Flex 1/4 bit driver, just like the one you've posted. Are you happy with it ? Is the magnet strong enough ?
