The Wurth has a smaller diameter at the end of the driver where the cap is. The Wurth also has bigger "bulges" in the handle:

it comes with rubber heads. But you can exchange them with different types of heads: hard rubber, soft rubber, nylon, copper, aluminium, hard plastic etc...

i only cut some paper and 0,75mm² and 1,5mm² cable with it, it cuts very good and very easy without much pressure. Blades seem to be very sharp.
They´re a bit cheaper, in germany the list price for 160mm side cutters in finish #19 is 15.30€ for finish #69 €17.40 and for finish #49 €20.00. (VDE = €22.80) all prices + tax.

The older Promat is made by Wiha too i think, the basic handle shape looks like that and the blades looks like Wiha too.
