Those are old, that Beta factory's where in that time;Italy (1938 Sovico, 1973 Castiglione...
Well, I just got it so I haven't put it through its paces yet...
Thanks for the info Automatique.
Do you think those with titan finish have the same resistant to rust as the chrome plated?

New Bahco file today. Made in Portugal...
Unfortunately only a few came today.

Unfortunately I'm a little disappointed with the sliding T-Handle. All the 1 / 4 socets have a little play but nothing annoying. The T-handle have much larger playing.
btw. take care of your hands.... found this winter work gloves
*snip*
I had never heard of Arvika Verken, had to google it. Found http://www.volvogroup.com/group/swe...seums/pages/history_arvikamuseet_history.aspx
Seems it should have been made between 1917 and 1959.
because they´re defective more often![]()
If "here" means Bangladesh or India then yes![]()
Your not inspiring confidence in German engineering Monte. BTW what do you think about Mercedes Benz C Class? Is it quality despite low cost and most importantly is it made in Germany?
http://www.mbusa.com/mercedes/vehicles/class/class-C
I'm considering getting one in 5 years.

!
Home made..just cut it with utility knife and some custom made pipe for cut a round slot for socketshow did you cut it ? Blue or black foam would look nice

I don't know, actually i used my universal pliers maybe 15-20 times max. And always in my garage, never outdoor. But this titan finish looks really strong.
ps: Very nice Odur-fit pliers, really good quality looking and old school stuffI always wanted one of those , i'm jealous...
Quality bits set at the good price : smart
My hazet 1/4 ratchet and sockets have a comparable play. It seems many 1/4 sets have this issue, you should not be worry about that. (Monte, correct me if i'm wrong).
Nice shopping congratulation!
It still work right![]()

nicewhere did you get them?
design looks like it hasn't changed much sins the 60's?
or at least thats what the logo font = handles look like there from (and the box if the other pics ive seen are correct, old school cardboard, v-cool)
whats the quality like? id buy a pair regardless though....

Very nice stuff Rusik. Were tools from some of the former eastern block countries considered better quality than others?
The after pics. Top to bottom
Those pliers looks good. Happy with them?
Monte is these new? They Have some differences from those on the catalogue.
This little mark does not exist in what I saw in the shop and and I think the finish in the 8250 is slightly different (maybe not).
Nice "K" pliers, didn't know about this new model with "arrows"![]()
Talking about gloves![]()

I meant USA, lots of stuff(clothing, etc.) I see with that 3M Thinsulate label is made in USA.![]()
I walk everywhere or carpool. The Phaeton looks ok and is German made but its a Volkswagon... Also theres no dealer for that in my county.
Home made..just cut it with utility knife and some custom made pipe for cut a round slot for sockets![]()
It not what I meansin the catalog PICS it looks thick and tough enough! a thickness maybe a second issue but the most important is a plastic material it looks so easy to brake
or maybe it only design to a smart guys not for me a smart + rough guy
![]()
only Euro 23.74??![]()

Equiped with a special tool used for lifting car under the lateral sides.
OOO Bosch![]()
Or I could get one in Ohio.I just like getting a car close so I won't have to drive far to get it serviced.
I had the Western counterpart with crude finish and cheap aluminium frame(it used to be steel with polished finish on Walther P38...) Walther P1.

neat tool !!!! But not this Siepa ?
You didn't like the P1 ?! A friend of mine had one, ok the black phosphated finish was typical "Bundeswehr" and different than the Zella Melhis era but still a nice piece of German post-war enginering![]()
