Also from ebay-

A set of Wagener ( West Germany) open ended spanners.

Does anyone know anything about Wagener? It is the first i have heard of them. They sort of feel a bit like Elora or Heyco spanners.

Nice! I'll reckon you'll be the envy of one or two people here.

For particular use or just because?

I got them for a good price off eBay. I obviously had to buy them ;).

Probably won't keep them all as I already have a nice 1/2" Facom metric set

sacre bleu ! A french made Facom tool ! :pimpflash:thumbup::beer::eyecrazy::drool::D

It's true -they're not just a vague rumour. I had this arrive yesterday (S.151 1/2" drive - older but in virtually new condition):

In comparison to the newer version of the 151-series ratchets, the French version shows much more detail. Here's a side-by-side of an older J.151 3/8" drive with a brand new one:

The new version is also slightly longer, has a less-tapered beam, sharper edges, the beam is flatter at the sides, and there is less curve to the rubber handle.

those look like the craftsman inserts I use. Nice to have when you can not easily seat the bolt.

Is the the Lboxx with the led in the back ground?

No I just bought some Size 1 and 2 boxxes. LED MOdel maybe in the future when they get a bit cheaper.

:)
what do you store inside the L-boxxes ?

So far not much sadly. Just the 10v drill and the torch. I am looking to buy some inserts to get all my anchors and screws organised. With the rest I am not sure.

Dont know what I will buy next. maybe a cordless impact before its time to switch to winter tyres.

it that tape made in germany like their levels?

there is no coo on the tool/package so it might be produced in the Stabila factory in Haluzice/Czech republic (60 employees)

www.stabilacr.cz

No argument there - I only wish my French 3/8" was in better shape - I'd get rid of the newer one :)

the newer one looks good too :) from italy ? It´s also better to have 2 than 1 ratchets ...so... :)

btw. new Wera Zyklop video:

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/838p-HU67D4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

and the new Bosch Multi-Tool Bosch PMF 250 CES

The newer J.151 3/8" is OK, and I have no doubt it's every bit as good functionally, but next to the French S.151 1/2" (or the French j.151 if you imagine it not beat up) it looks cheap not as nicely finished as the 161/171 series etc.

I suppose it's made in Italy - I haven't heard anywhere else except for the pear-heads and rotator ratchets.

If it's better to have 2 than one, then hopefully it's better still to have 22. Or is it 23 maybe? I've lost count. :headscrat Closer to 30 if I count the non-Facom ratchets

Here is my TONA 1/2" socket set, a picture is worth 1000 words :D !!!

Cool. They do look serious! I like the idea of the spring around the swivel. I've never seen that before -is it original or something you've added?

Everything is original, the only thing I do not have the socket 23 mm, I have two sockets 24 mm. The tool is not used, and TONA are not being sold in Croatia, maybe this is a manufacturing defect??
This I paid 30 EUR.

I dunno about a defect - just looks like a clever way to keep the swivel from flopping about to me. :dunno:

Nice tools qba. That is a 3/8" ratchet?

Awesome set aag14v.

CanUK; I think aag14v meant that two 24mm's were a defect.

Yes. That's what I meant to write.

Your opinion, is it possible?

I've got a new Britool set (I removed it from the original packaging) that came with two 7mm and no 8mm, so definitely possible.

I think that's an impact bumper 911 kit. I have a 968 and 993. They still make flaty sixes, so they are quite easy to get ;) The prices for new or old are pretty high though.

Only two Porsches? Times must be tough in Alabama. :lol_hitti

Seriously - I don't think I could afford the petrol for one in the UK, nevermind the insurance, road tax....

My 993 has over 100k miles and my 968 has 258k. I do most all the maintenance myself and tags and insurance are cheap here. 968 is my DD, gets 25-30 MPG and gas is much cheaper here. And they rarely break. So, they are not so bad... ;)

They say the first step to recovery is recognising that you have a problem:
nice huge Facom ratchet collection!!
they all like your clothes right!

it run away :D
no, sometimes i use this ratchet and sometimes the other, depends on my mood :)
you in your good mood when used the old one..:D I think;)

:D i am Eminem :D;)
:rocker:

noooo :) Bosch tools here are from germany, switzerland, Malaysia, China and Russia mostly. Depends on the price of the product and the type of the product.
Asian made too:headscrat

For example all 14,4 and 18 Volt cordless drills and impact drivers are from Malaysia, the competence center for angle grinders and rotary hammers is in germany (with a few cheaper imports), the competence center for sanders and circular saws is in switzerland ( again lower priced tools around 100 to 150 € or so are imported - higher priced tools are swissmade). Power tool companies which solely produce in germany are rare because most companies either produce overseas too or buy tools from outside of germany. 100% Made in Germany is offered by small "exotic" companies like "Duss" or "Baier" but with a very limited offering. The companies who offer more different tools all buy them from around the world, for example "Eibenstock" only produces in germany but they sell tools under their name bought in Bulgaria or "Flex" also only has a factory in germany but sells tools under their name made in Italy, Bulgaria, Korea, Mexico and China for example.
Thanks to explain the real situation power tool in the German market..that a lot of my question have an answers..I thought all power tools sell in your local market made in Germany or at least made in Europe like you mention Switzerland..the advantage is, you have a wide selection depend of your budget from the very good one, average and the bad one:D
btw: you are so lucky:)

Flex work gloves:
Nice..free gift when you purchased your Flex grinder?:D :D

Got a few more pair of euro corclip pliers. Beta, made in italia. Very nice. Also got a PB Swiss/Baumann translucent blue file handle and a couple Harbor Freight light use items (try not to buy there).
nice Italian made Beta's:drool:
how much you pay for those pliers?

I know it costs a lot, because I have a car service and wants to have a
good or very good tool.
I had a few tools of Chinese Yato and disintegrated in my hands.
I'd rather pay more money and not damaged hands.

sorry for my english :bounce::bowdown:
