Another arrival today. Complete sets (6-32mm) of flat and offset metric ring spanners by Format. Really pleased with these; the quality seems very good and the pricing is outstanding. The only issue seems to be that one of the two flat spanners I ordered (the 25x28) to make the 10pc set a 12pc set seems to be older stock with a different design as you can see in the photos below. I'll contact the distributor and try to arrange for a replacement:

This pic doesn't show it very well but the beams are nice and thick, with a rectangular profile.

Who produce this format wrenches? Thanks...

They're generally rebranded German brands. I think most of these might be Elora (or Elora pattern) and the odd 25x28mm a Gedore(?).

I have Format hammers that are Gedore/Habero, offset screwdrivers that are Wiha etc...

A gift from my Bank. :headscrat

Casals cordless screwdriver. Casals is a brand well known in my country (Spain). Don't look bad... we will see.

*snip*

Nice tools and cute mechanic. Looks like she can handle the tools just fine. Let her service the car from now on.

A couple more deliveries today. Apologies for the poor photo quality; my phone takes horrible pictures. I'll try to get some better images.

I'm working on getting some more organisation, but here's my screwdriver drawer after a quick tidy up (I'm not sure if I should admit it, but I actually have a set of Wiha on my pegboard and a few stashed in a box still - future-proofed  :dunno:)

Here we have a tray of Wiha slots, Pz0-4, Ph0-4, stubbies, Torx set, the Magic ring hex set, loads of spares, a Facom set, Facom stubbies, Halfords set, Wera VDE set, a couple of PicQuic drivers and packs of spare hex and torx blades, my free Felo, some Format (Wiha) offset drivers and some cheap precision (haha) drivers.

And my pliers drawer -poor things without even a proper drawer liner to rest on:

Nice car! They don't sell Alfas here (USA) :dunno:, except for their $200,000 super car. I have been waiting for their return for years.

It works! 8mm and 6mm drivers. No tricks; I'm not applying any leverage to try and force any more grip. I can actually give it a pretty good shake and it still holds. They make a nice little "click" when inserted into the screw.

And for fun a Ph2. Again no leverage -it just grips (although it won't tolerate the same shaking the magic ring hex does).

Gedore/Habero english engineers hammers 1/4" to 2 1/2":

Nice Monte -are they a recent find? A few have been popping up on ebay UK over the last little while - the Gedore UK distributor cleaning out his warehouse.

Nice - you going to get the long fibreglass(?)-handled ones as well? They're lovely hammers and I wonder why they stopped making them.

i dunno.... i think i already have enough hammers i don´t need :D ;)
they look nice though......we´ll see :)

they still offer the regular style....maybe they´re cheaper to make ?
