I've got a Nike. Excellent jack
What are your recommendations for hydraulic jacks made in the old world? I am after a 1.5/2 tonne one, low entry would be useful but not imperative. The only things I can get locally are all Clarke/Sealey made in China jobbies.
I've seen AC Hydraulic, but can't seem to find a decent supplier in the UK.
Any other recommendations are received gratefully![]()

Hey guys,
I am looking for a ladder for around the house chores like cleaning gutters, changing high placed light bulbs and such.
Can you recommend me an old world manufacturer of quality ladder stuff?

So far I know of Krause. How good are they? Also they have a sub-brand called Corda which offers a lower price. What's up with that? Are we talking the same set-up like Gedore-Carolus, Hazet-Vigor, meaning made in China?
yes, in my picture you see the J0,J1,J2 and the A0,A1 and A2thanks. You are mixing the sets right?
I had another go, they sort of can be coerced
48 11 - J0,J1,J2,J3,J4
49 11 - A0,A1,A2,A3,A4
48 21 - J01,J11,J21,J31,J41
49 21 - A01,A11,A21,A31,A41

Rennsteig and Knipex. Who actually makes them?
Hey Monte, what do you think of the Original Fix mig pliers? Did you find them fit for the task? Any chance of a Youtube review?
Monte; on the air tools. Do you guys run personal air compressors or are you running air tools of a central air compressor? I understand that you rent workshop space. If personal air compressor, do you have pics you can share?
Jure, I bought that Wiha stubby a few weeks ago. The package said made in Germany.
Quality looks like Germany too. I'll be upset if it was China...![]()
